Parking is right by the entrance to the Kaiser Permanente optometry building. Very convenient. I was fortunate to get the last spot available in the middle of the day. Online payment is clumsy. Err... See more

Leave me alone already.
Okay, so I park in your lot. Now you are pestering me for a review. It's a parking garage. Tight, clausterphobic, a little scary. Whatever. It was fine. If you had competition I would go there and maybe not get pestered.

I don’t know how to work it anddI cannot find anyone at Kaiser who knows how to work it. There is no phone number to call to speak with a person. I can’t get help to learn how to work it. Consumer Services at Kaiser is unable to help me either. This experience has happened over the last few weeks not just one day.
I don't have to do anything
I don't have to do anything. Just park and leave. It's automatic.

Not used to this kind of texting, but I followed the directions and it worked out fine. Time consuming though.

Adding time charges more money
I originally paid for 8 hours = $18
The whole day would have cost =$20
My husband’s surgery and follow up took longer than expected. I added 2 more hours and was charged an additional =$5. Had I known this I would have paid the whole day to begin with.
No time of entry
The checkout process was smooth but it failed to indicate when I entered the parking lot which suggests the user to pay upon leaving the lot. How then would I know how much to pay??

Waiting in Line for Confusion
I had to wait for the cars ahead of me to scan and pay before I could then do the same- holding up the people behind me. This made me late for my appointment.
Also not clear if the expected protocol is to download a parking app for the next time I visit Capital Hill or Eastside Kaiser. Also not clear if I am required to check in when I park, then log in and sign out when I leave. I would much prefer paying an attendant.

I parked in a pay spot and followed instructions on the posting to pay for 2 hours of parking. The charge came to $7 which I paid on my credit card. My credit card confirmed the payment as did Parking.com. I went to my appointment. A little over an hour later, I returned to my car to find a notice attached. The notice said it was a "Warning Only" and showed the date and a time of 12:28 pm which was just over one hour since I paid. It also said: "Violation Non Payment Photos on File". There was no charge on the slip. It appears that Parking.com has a problem between its system which confirmed my payment and the system its staff uses to oversee cars parked in their lot. I do not like being told that I haven't paid when I have and hope to never park in one of their lots again!

I just need to park for an hour and get in to see my doctor a few times a year. Now I have to find and send a credit card #, go to Park website, deal with all the spam, like the survey.
I tried to set up an account to that end, but ! NO DICE
I've exceeded my FREE hour because I had to spend 15 minutes navigating the payment method. One star is too many. and the last thing in the world I would want is to receive Trustpilot recommendations, tips, and news

It was very confusing as far as the directions went. I had to ask a stranger to enable me to park. Some of us are not accustomed to using codes to park.
