The parking lot under Kaiser Permanente in Capitol Hill, Seattle is decent. It is well-lit and mostly easy to navigate. Because you are parked underground in a concrete structure, it needs a stronger cell phone/WiFi signal so folks can pay their parking fees with their smart phones.

Extremely difficult alternative method. My phone camera is inoperable. Entering credit card info and license # very tedious.

Your system is screwy
Your system is screwy! Not everyone has a smartphone to pay for parking, next setting up your app is a joke, then you attempt to charge more when you claim that you're still parked there? RIP-OFF company.

Directions reasonably good. For better, think of sick, stressed out patient, seeing another "speed bump" in their day. Maybe a paper copy at check-in.

My first time using this system
My first time using this system. Was confused about how to check out when I left. No one was at the booth to take our money and we passed the gate code with someone right behind us needing out. My parents are elderly and not tech savvy, so this wouldn't have worked for them. I ended up calling the number and the call receiver was able to help me.
