Parking is right by the entrance to the Kaiser Permanente optometry building. Very convenient. I was fortunate to get the last spot available in the middle of the day. Online payment is clumsy. Err... See more

The parking lot under Kaiser Permanente in Capitol Hill, Seattle is decent. It is well-lit and mostly easy to navigate. Because you are parked underground in a concrete structure, it needs a stronger... See more

What's important for people to know.

It was easy. The problem was I only needed 3 hours and ended up having 1 day and 3 hours. When I realized it their was no way to go back and fix it with out starting over. Otherwise, it was easy.

Confusing

I never know what to do or whether I am being charged. I am supposed to get one hour free for medical appointments but paid $5.

App does not help you to save money

App was not transparent in showing prices of all parking lots in the area. You have to click on each parking lot individually to see pricing details. Therefore not easy to find the cheapest lot in the area. Also, the parking time expires exactly when you say you will leave, even if the amount you paid for covers several additional hours. If I paid $10 and that covers 2 to 8 hours of parking, I should be able to stay for the entire 8 hours, even though I initially specified I only needed to park for 3 hours.

Too complicated and time-consuming.

Took me three-plus times through to succeed. Spent a half-hour at it, which wouldn't have worked had it been my own appointment.

Another gent approximately my age was there a long while ahead of me and made similar comments before I started. A lady walking past said she hadn't been able to pay by phone.
