Not sure how this bunch of cowboy scumbags have two stars. I only gave one star as it’s not possible to give zero.

On collection of my car, the front bumper had a big scrape on it.

The vehicle had quite clearly been used by the disrespectful staff to joy ride around probably picking up under age girls to groom them. The rear seat positions had been changed, rear heater set to max and sticky drink spilled on the seats.

The fuel tank was empty and must have had the warning light on for 20-25 miles.

The engine map was changed from economical to dynamic, clearly being raced around making lots of noise to impress their mates or school girls.

And when the Director of the company was emailed to ask for an explanation and to make a claim for the damages, they didn’t even have the decency to reply.

Shocking customer service.

Avoid !!!! Really Poor and not good value for money - phoned ahead 30 minutes as per instruction - on the phone they cant find the booking and suggest i have the wrong day !! (funny that i knew when i was flying) - so i have to wait 45 minutes for a guy to appear (no uniform unless boots ripped jeans and a hoody is there kit ?) - then someone appears (after he is wondering around the car park for ten minutes and says - "u dropping you car off" ? ....why else would i stand there !!! so their delay cost me £8 instead of £5 for the delayed drop off fee ... On return 3 days later - i get the same treatment (this time I am' with my kids) i have to repeat the registration 4 times - have i got the right date ? (i guess so as i've just landed !! ) finally they locate the car - so we make our way to the same (drop off spot) only to receive a call after 25 minutes saying
" it would be easier if we took the sky-train to the North Terminal to collect my car as it was easier for them .... Obviously i wasn't going anywhere with 2 kids and 3 suitcases in tow !!! ......And then to "top it off" once we were under way -and stopped for fuel - i noticed that someone had emptied my "change pot" in the front console (about £8 in coins) and decided they fancied the Mont Blanc Aftershave that i keep in the car !!!! Thats just poor and cheap ...stealing customer possessions .... give them a wide birth - nothing good about the service.

This company is hiding behind the ratings of the comparison website. As you can see from their actual ratings on here, they are nowhere near a 5 star company!!
Their driver had left the passenger window open over the Christmas period. My passenger side was absolutely soaked, carpet, seat dashboard and speakers. We noted it on the delivery note and the driver took photos. I emailed them and phoned them. Their excuse was "it's been very busy and they haven't had chance to catch up on emails" The truth is they have no intention of trying to address the situation or offer the cost of the valet i needed to get rid of the smell. Why would you trust your car (Value approximately £25k in my case) with people who can't be trusted? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Like so many other reviews - a disgrace ... noone there to meet us despite calling 30 mins in advance... told me to wait 25 mins. I said I couldn't as had a plane to catch. Told me to find someone else then. Told him that was a ridiculous thing to suggest at 4.30am. Then told me to pay the ticket and leave the keys on the wheel. I had no choice or potentially miss my flight. I asked for photographic evidence that they had collected my car and where it was, but was ignored. When I landed I called and they said it would be 30 mins. I asked why so long and he said 'Ok then, an hour. An hour 20. 2 hours. How long do you want it to be?'. Eventually the car came back with a fresh, deliberate scratch down the side... I complained and got an email back saying not their fault, read the terms etc... the email was clearly copied and pasted as it had a date in there, totally irrelevant to me... horrific experience and I hope they get their comeuppance...

Absolutely horrific experience with these bandits. Please just pay extra and use a legitimate firm. They’re absolute cowboys and should not be operating.

On arrival at the designated time there was no one to meet us despite phoning 30 mins before arrival and getting confirmation. There were at leats ten of us waiting for a representative for nearly 40 mins. One person arrived and it was chaos we just made our flight. On return we had to wait nearly an hour in cold car park despite repeated assurances by phone that it would be a few minutes. When my car did arrive it was damaged both driver nd I took photo evidence and after contacting by email I have had no reply. Gatwick airports should ban this company

They took my payment and yet to issue a receipt. Unreliable and inefficient. Arrive well in time as they tend to be late to collect your car

Really bad, very amateur setup. First when we arrived, a shifty looking character with no uniform or ID asked for the keys, he said the guy who was meant to be there was running late. He phoned the office for a photo of the documentation but we needed to get our plan and it never arrived.
Upon our return, we phoned 30mins before. When we arrived at car park it was chaos, one girl in a high vis with a bunch of keys and random people arriving with customer cars in various states (dented wings, cracked windscreen). They said the car would be next, then the “boss” on the phone told us they’d got the wrong date and the car would take 10hrs to get there!!!
We approached one driver and asked what was going on, who responded with a barrage of abusive language and threatening behaviour.
After a number of calls and threats to phone the police, we got our car back. Minus the phone charger that someone helped themselves to.
Never ever use this company!! Also they use multiple names so check your are using an actual company with offices and uniformed staff.

Do not use this company. They store cars in a dodgy dark uncontrolled compound. They are all rude and have no sense of customer service. Their policies are not clearly displayed or available and their meet and greet processes are loose. You get no real paperwork or confirmation. Their company name keeps changing. The whole experience was just horrendous.
