Totally worth spending a few pounds to save you in excess of £100 being robbed by horizon. Couldn’t be easier, answer a couple lf questions and you get a template that you send off.
My penalty notice was cancelled as a result of my appeal. Horizon are robbers and it’s good to see there are apps out there helping people shaft them back for a change!

Won me a case saving lots of money, just need to communicate better.
Had my case (which concerned multiple parking tickets all with the same company) completely struck out. Leo is clearly very competent at this and was rightly confident throughout the process. I've only knocked a star off because his communication is poor in terms of not responding at all or leaving me on read taking days to respond. I very nearly settled the case as a result, but thankfully I didn't. Ultimately he's got me the outcome I wanted and saved me lots of money though.

I was sent a fine by ParkingEye claiming that I had overstayed my time in a shopping car park. Parking Mate provided an excellent letter for a small fee which set out my defence in precise detail, and I subsequently had my fine cancelled as a result. Parking Mate are well worth using in these circumstances.

Shocking service! I have paid for £4.99 for the letter, once letter received, I have tried to submit the appeal, it didn’t work, then I have requested a help through WhatsApp, they have asked me for the photos of PCN, all submitted, yet no response, once chased - rude response received. Happy to share WhatsApp messages!

This is a new service and our appeal service is self service to keep the costs low and fast.
We provide 5 emails, 4 videos and a customised set of instructions for each appeal which is enough to provide guidance and support.
We will consider putting people on hand to help in future but this will be very expensive to run and very slow.
I appreciate your review but please be mindful that you might be discouraging people who want to use a service that saves so much hassle on parking ticket appeals.
