I contacted this company based on the…reviews
I contacted this company based on the reviews and the circumstances I received a fine from CEL. Paid for them to ‘write’ a letter of appeal which got rejected and have tried to contact them for advice on the contents of the letter from CEL to no avail. Email address when used comes back as unable to deliver, tried what’s app and got automated message advising to send a message on the website. Tried that told I was not authorised!! Waste of time think I would have had more of a chance if I had explained the circumstances.

Effective, legally-backed appeal
All the legal terms and laws of parking on private land have become known to me when using this service, and were all served to the parking operator fairly when I submitted my appeal on POPLA. They had no chance to challenge my legally-backed argument and they knew they're fighting a losing battle and soon after dropped the PCN. It was a succesful and worthy experience, and it feels great to fend off those bullies from intimidating you to pay for "contraventions" you did not commit. I strongly recommend this service, as it is easy to use, transparent and hassle-free, where you can tailor the appeal according to your specific case. This is especially suitable for any working individual who doesn't have time to follow up on trivial yet painstaking matters such as parking tickets. I put a lot of time on research until I found this service, this should become more known to help more people.
