ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

I have used Parklet for several years and have always found them helpful kind and efficient and have never doubted why I use them.
Poor administrative procedures.

1) They apply "rate increase" after a year on 'monthly contract' without asking landlord
2) They can't handle simple request like Direct Debit account change. I asked about a change on 13 Feb, I get confirmation on 15 Feb from their team confirming new direct debit details are ready for 1 Mar. On 25 Feb they tell me there's an issue with direct debit and they need to charge me EXTRA fees on top of the parking space fee to handle this payment manually and penalise the customer for it/
A hopeless company
We have had an awful experience with Parklet. My son signed a lease agreement with on 23/7/24. They clearly made no checks on the Landlord and my son is now been pursued by CPM for multiply charges even though a lease agreement was signed between the Landlord and and Tenant(my son). Parklet have been next to useless and have just left my son to try and sort this issue by himself without any success.
Also, have a look at CPM on Trustpilot. They are seriously unscrupulous. It's hard to believe that Parklet could even entertain use this company. More than sinister to me!!
Terrible service
Our booking was cancelled 24hrs prior to needing the car park space. The team were not helpful or prompt in resolving this, only giving us options on the day that we needed to park our car (but far too late by the time they contacted us) and the options they gave were wildly expensive. Would not recommend using this service
Very efficient operation
So far, I have had plenty of bookings for my parking space, and Parklet seem very efficient and straight forward.
30% (and additional 20% VAT) on…
30% (and additional 20% VAT) on bookings. I understand they will have overheads but 30% plus 20% is high in my opinion. I rented out my driveway for 5 days for £42 and the take home was £26!
Also takes a few days for a response to an email and it’s not clear on the app how much you’ll actually be taking home for your bookings.
Other than that, pretty straightforward!
Never again
Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. I was traveling into London the next day so booked a spot near the tube. Hours later I was still waiting on approval. I decided to book a second spot hoping that it would be instant and I could cancel the first. Neither booking was a quick approval. I woke up the next morning to head to London and both bookings were still pending on their site. (A couple of hours before I was supposed to arrive) I wrote to the company requesting to cancel and was denied. I didn’t receive the response until 5pm. I guess I was expected to just park there and hope that I wouldn’t be ticketed or towed…?! I ended up having to use an another and much more predictable site and booked a third spot without issue. I will never use this site again and I definitely wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

Do not waste your money on this website. Your deposit will not be returned as promised. It’s all a scam to lock you in for more than you intend. I’ve had to learn it the hard way! Absolute cons!!
