DROP OFF WENT VERY SMOOTHLY WITH NO PROBLEMS. UNFORTUNATELY THE SAME COULDN'T BE SAID FOR OUR COLLECTION FROM THE PORT AS RANG FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR BUT GOT NO REPLY. WE WERE JUST ABOUT TO GET OUR OWN CAB AFTER WALKING ALL AROUND THE CRUISE CAR PARK TO TRY TO FIND OUT WHERE TO GO. EVENTUALLY WE GOT A CALL SAYING THAT A CAB WAS ON IT'S WAY. IT ARRIVED BUT WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO TAKE 4 PEOPLE ALTHOUGH I HAD STATED THAT 2 COUPLES WERE READY FOR COLLECTION. WAS OK ONCE WE WERE COLLECTED.

Excellent service from booking right through to collecting the car and driving home. taken to ship within minutes of arrival and collected 10 mins after we rang on return.

Can’t fault the level of service.
We were met and they helped remove our luggage
Within a very short space of time the transport to take us to Southampton docks arrived, and they loaded our luggage.

On return - the journey back was just as good. We called when we got the luggage, they had already set off to collect us, James attempted to load all the luggage himself (we helped) but agaitn straight back and they even had our car ready so James reversed back so it was unbelievably easy to reload our car.

Would use again, and highly recommend their service

The staff were very friendly and helpful as we had my disabled mother with us including helping to load up and unload the Taxis which transferred us to and from the docks. I would readily use this company again, especially as they are almost 50% cheaper than those use by the cruise lines, and I would recommend to other people.

The service was excellent when we arrived to drop our car off. Quick and easy process . On return we had a taxi to collect us and our luggage and when we arrived to Collect our car 2 members of the team were there to assist.

Excellent friendly service. No hanging around waiting for mini buses as a taxi was arranged for us to and from the berth. The car was kept inside so free from the normal ‘seagull deposits’ when parking outside in Southampton.
Overall I would definitely recommend 5em and will definitely use again on our next departure from Southampton.
