The team at park and cruise were really friendly and the service was outstanding. We broke down on the way there and ended up hiring a car which was much larger than the one I had booked in, they did not charge me any more money. We were running late to board our ship but I kept in touch with the staff and they were ready and waiting to quickly and promptly unload our cases and transport us to the port. They were very quick in picking us up from the port and having our car ready and waiting to drive off. Brilliant !! definitely recommend

This was the first time I have used Parkncruise and it won't be the last. Customer service was superb and when my booking had to be amended they were first class.

My car was housed in under cover new premises in a secure environment with transfers included.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Easily found the Parkncruise office, went in and met by a very polite, helpful lady who told us to wait in a very warm waiting room next door and the taxi would be arriving within a few minutes to take us to the Cruise Terminal. A really friendly man then came and collected our keys and we were given a small card with contact details for when we disembark, the taxi arrived quickly for just my husband and I. Arriving back tin Southampton I called the number, got told the taxi would be 20 mins, it arrived within 10 mins along with a text telling me the car make, colour and reg number of the taxi. When we got back to CruisenPark our car was waiting for us. Great service will definitely use again.

Great company very helpful highly recommend

Excellent service from Sue and the team at Southampton. When we arrived the car was placed safely in fully covered parking.Sue then arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station as we were flying from Gatwick to New York and returning to Southampton on QM 2. When we arrived back Sue arranged another taxi to bring us from the terminal back to the carpark. We had a minor hiccup with the taxi company as they sent the wrong car for us ( looking for a Vw instead of a Peugeot) but Sue got on the case and we were eventually sorted. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends. Well done.
