Lovely people to do business with, Sue was very friendly and helpful, returned my call very quickly and sorted everything out. Arrived at the depot and was met by the friendly staff who unloaded our suitcases and put them in the taxi to the ship, very relaxing day for us before the cruise. Phoned up on return and the taxi was sent for us, arrived at the depot and the car was waiting for us, they put our bags in the boot for us and we were on our way. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend. Thank you to Sue and her team.

Excellent and quick check-in with transfer taxi arriving within a few minutes of our own arrival. Car ready and waiting on our return. Only slight hitch was a bit of a wait while the cab company found a cab to pick us up at the port to return us to ParknCruise.

Very good service, reasonable cost and extremely pleasant reception personnel.

Very smooth and convenient. Taxi to take us to port was there almost immediately as was one for pick up from port so no hanging around.

This company excels and personify how excellent service can be. What a wonderful experience they could not have been anymore helpful and the service was brilliant, especially thanks to Sue.

Great personal service, perfect location close to the cruise terminal. Secure and indoor parking. Excellent and would definitely use again.

As soon as we arrived a representative greeted us and helped with our luggage. Almost immediately the included taxi arrived to transport is to the terminal. On our return, and having made contact, the included taxi was waiting for us and returned us to ParknCruise. Our car was ready and staff were immediately on hand helping with our luggage. Well done to ParknCruise for excellent service and making our holiday more pleasurable.

Outstanding is the word that springs to mind when describing our experience at ParknCruise Southampton.
We arrived on a non cruise day to drop off our car in readiness for our return from New York. We were greeted by the very friendly staff who promptly arranged for a taxi ( included in the price) to drop us at Southampton coach station for our connection to Heathrow airport. On our return to Southampton aboard QM2 we sent a text whilst docking, announcing our arrival and expected disembarkation time. On leaving the terminal building there was our taxi waiting for us.... brilliant!
A short 5 minutes drive and we were reunited with our car.

I like the idea of the car being undercover and the staff meet and greet
on arrival and your car is waiting on your return taxi form port was quick.

This is the first time we have used park ncruise,was greeted by friendly staff who took are cases loaded them onto coach ,parked are car and was taken to cruise terminal, for returning was the same greeted by friendly staff and taken to pick are car up,there was no problems at all,would honestly say this is a great company, and I would 100% definitely use parkncruise again thankyou.

We heard of 'ParknCruise' through family and booked up - excellent service from start to finish. Easy to find and then getting dropped off outside the cruise terminal was so much easier and relaxed than parking at the Port. Being picked up after our cruise was just as easy. We would definitely use this option again. Thank you!
