Your check in and check out process is not very clear when I paid on line. I went to the esxiit and then had to back up and go to cashier to get out. The cashier was very helpful though.

It was awful.They could not scan my barcode just took us to the airport.We didn’t get a ticket so they did not want to take us back to our car from the airport. When we got back to our car had to wait another 20 minutes to leave. We had a 5 month old with us and it was storming.

Customer service is extremely poor
Customer service is extremely poor. The explanation on the parking card was not clear and got me lost. Customer service did not offer fair equitable help to return me to my vehicle. I wound up walking all over the airport to find a shuttle, which took an additional hour to get to my car. I'll never use this parking again.
