Told pickup would be in 15 to 20 minutes after making call it was an hour later. Subsequent follow up calls kept going to voice mail.

No reservation number sent to me
I have been trying to reach your business for several days and haven’t gotten an answer. I will need my reservation number in obtain my car when I return from my short trip on Monday or I will have to pay the parking garage again.

Mostly easy
Online booking was easy, then the parking and shuttle were mostly easy too. There was an issue with the kiosk that scanned our printed booking though and a lady waved us through as we were first parking. But then as we were leaving, the same issue was still present and the guy checking us out had to work rather hard to get the reservation read and sorted. He did though and we were still only charged the initial booking. Would have been nice to sort the issue at first though so it didn't take so much extra time.

ABSOLUTELY FALSE ADVERTISING
ABSOLUTELY FALSE ADVERTISING. "We depart for the airport every 3-5 minutes, 24 hours a day" is stated right away as one of their services. Upon completing my payment one of the first things stated is "The shuttle runs 24/7 on the top of every hour". I would never have used this company if I had known this fact. The confirmation page listed 2 phone numbers. Both numbers were recorded messages with general info and no way to speak to a human being.
