Parkway agreed to purchase my vehicle…
Parkway agreed to purchase my vehicle which i had advertised on Autotrader at an agreed price less than advertised, they advised me to remove advert as they had agreed sale. after back and forth emails photos bank details etc and awaiting pick up details and after a phone call and email asking what was hold up and did they need anything further from me they contacted me today saying they were over stocked and therefore cancelled the purchase of my vehicle. i even took car of road to keep low mileage as agreed. this is NOT how customers should be treated, if they was less than 1star would have given

Service department absolutely shocking. Never had a smooth experience. Been waiting for a manager to call me back for two weeks after asking to make a complaint in branch, called a week later asking for the call again and still waiting.

Poor salesman attitude
Went to the dealership to enquire about a second hand car they have, salesmen was very uninterested with my questions basically told me to go away as he didn’t think he’d be getting a sale, I’d suggest to avoid this certain dealership
