The service was fine and completed in the time suggested.. Staff were pleasant but my car wasn't washed or hoovered. This is the first occasion this hasnt occurred for a service. There also wasn't any paperwork for conformation a service/recall was completed.

Very helpful at all stages including collecting and returning the car. Good communication and friendly service, car returned in immaculate condition and all items attended to including some of which I was not aware.

As well as a well communicated service and MOT I also had some minor cosmetic repairs carried out all of which was excellent. Ian the chap who collected and returned my vehicle was polite and courteous and a credit to the company. Thank you.

Buy VW, buy with Josh
Josh not only was he handsome and very knowledgeable but accommodating and friendly. Couldn’t do enough to make life easy for us. Mutual love of dogs (the 4 legged kind for those with filthy mind) made it feel like popping in for a coffee with a mate, bloody expensive coffee in the end 😂
