Brilliant! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for party balloons especially. Ordered it on line and it picked it up on the selected day. Fantastic service and friendly helpful staff!

I was really impressed with the service I got. I think it was "Nick" who called me after the oktoberfest outfit i had ordered online wasn't actually in stock so offered an alternative and arranged for it to be delivered to my address in time for when i needed it, which it was. Excellent customer service and the oktoberfest party was great!

Happy with the deal I got from the company …. I ordered the balloons for a birthday, I was called because they are not in stock and they offered something else, of course it was better if they were the ones I ordered, but I was satisfied as well with option two.

Amazing first time I have ordered helium balloons to my house and will definitely be doing it again. So quick, easy and efficient. Delivery on time.

Prompt same day delivery. Beautifully made balloon for daughter's 1st birthday. All lovely service apart from the price, although it is understandable as it was same day delivery.

Lovely Thomas the Tank Engine balloons delivered for grandson’s birthday. These were difficult to find as they were out of stock in other places I tried. Easy to order and competitively priced.

Balloons were great! Service was phenomenal

I made quite a big order that needed two bags. Unfortunately, the staff member didn’t tie one of the bags properly and a few moments after walking out the shop, the bag came loose and the bag and balloons flew away, leaving me holding the one remaining balloon that I was given to hold onto! If the string had come loose or I had accidentally let go, then this would have been completely my mistake. However, the fact that I was still holing onto the one balloon and string that was given to me for that bag, means it was the poorly packaged bag that came loose! The bag can clearly be seen on the glass ceiling of The Glades, with all the other balloons and string tucked inside, confirming there was no other string to hold onto and was the bag coming loose that caused the problem!
Given that I’d spent over £40, it was very disappointing that an employee made a simple mistake like this resulting in a big waste of money!

Also, the online form for ordering isn’t particularly user friendly! The balloons being filled with air or not option isn’t very clear and doesn’t inform the user that the box needs to be changed if necessary, leaving it filled in with ‘no’ as the option. This resulted in arriving at the shop with no balloons blown up, therefor being delayed and obviously being charged more money!

Quite a disappointing experience!

The staff at the Bromley shop were very helpful when ordering and were even more helpful when I explained my very tight delivery schedule. Balloons were delivered at required time and were beautiful. The shop for all party goods at excellent prices.

Great balloons and great service. I only had one issue which was that the balloons were delivered in a transparent bag and they were for my sons birthday. Luckily, we were able to distract him whilst we hid them until his birthday the next day. Maybe it could be made clear at the checkout that this is how they are delivered or have an option of a box maybe? Despite this I will definitely choose Partica again
