Best company for balloon delivery
The team at Partica was so good in fulfilling my order when I realised I had the wrong date and went out of their way to ensure my order was with me the day before,I had put down on my order form.They also kept me updated throughout the afternoon when they were running late,so I have no problem giving them my highest recommendation for their superb service.

I am very pleased with the service and prompt reply when I contacted them regarding a question I had. Moreover When they needed to contact me regarding changes to my order they were persistent (telephone, email, WhatsApp), so that I received exactly what I needed for my son'd birthday party.

Great superhero balloon
Ordered online for next day collection, staff at the store phoned me to say balloon I picked was out of stock and offered an alternative, went with what was suggested and was more than happy, a spiderman foil cube balloon was loved by my Grandson. Very effective.

Purchased then refunded
Everything I purchased online was actually sold out so my nephew missed out on a surprise gift. We weren’t told until the day they were to arrive. They called the recipient instead of contacting the purchaser to offer alternatives or a refund, causing confusion as it was a surprise gift. We did get a prompt refund but it was disappointing. Also, they don’t do cards to go with the balloons, which seems like a missed opportunity to add a small thought at low cost.

We are sorry our service fell short on this occasion, we have been told similar alternatives were offered and were declined and we would have offered a goodwill for the inconvenience. As for the purchaser being overseas with different time zone and international number, the UK number was contacted.

Staff was really nice and polite but…
Staff was really nice and polite but the balloon arch wasn’t secure and balloons fell out of the cluster as I took them from the packaging bag. I was disappointed at the size of the arch as I spent £100 to create a look I could have done myself for £30
Lucky I had foil balloons to compensate however the are really expensive in comparison to your competitors.

No weight was attached to the bundle of balloons which I would expect for £24.99

Hello,
We are sorry to hear you have had an issue with your order. We have spoken with the relavent branch and there is no record of you getting in touch. We do normally include a balloon weight with our bouquets, unsure why there was not one given. We also offer a free replacement for any deflated balloons. Some balloons can have a very slow puncture which isn't always noticeable during inflation process.
We hope you won't have an issue with us in the future but if you encounter an issue please kindly do let us know in the future, so that we can fix it for you and also improve on our service.

Steve & Justin were extremely helpful and professional when an issue arose with some balloons I ordered for my sons 21st birthday. The issue was resolved quickly and the balloons went on to exceed my expectations.
Staff members were also very helpful in advising me with choosing my purchases.
