Could not have had a better experience - there was a mix up with costumes and the staff were so helpful. They had their driver deliver it to my house that same day. Would recommend to anyone.

Went to go pick up the balloons I ordered and got served by paige and Maisy who where very helpful. Excellent service.

My mum collected a balloon unfortunately when we got it home the glitter hadn’t stuck to the pen used for the writing. We called thinking we would have to go all the way back, however they was very kind and delivered me a new balloon within the hour. I was very happy with the service and even added extra balloons. Will always use partica from now on. Thank you

My experience was so helpful from Kellie & Justin. As it was a very last minute 30th birthday party for this Saturday these two lovely helpers must of got every silver/grey plate out of their stock room for 100 people! I also got the napkins cheaper too! Would def go back!!

Did not have all the items that I pre-ordered online available in the shop.I bought a happy birthday balloon bunting and two of the letters exploded or did not inflate properly

They didn’t have everything I ordered but they gave me perfect if not better replacements. They girls in the shop were great, would definitely recommend them for any party needs!

Order online, inflated letter with balloons, after a week the balloons are still standing. I did a click and collect order, staff were very friendly in store.

The thing I ordered online wasn’t available in chosen store but got a call from store manager explaining and suggested something else. Very helpful but site should have said item wasn’t available at said store

Bit pricey

But what’s most off putting is they don’t offer refunds
There are some products I think fair enough
But anything unopened in a packet? It’s a bit odd
Extremely off putting and I won’t be back
I like to get enough decorations so I’m prepared, only took back one item out of a whole purchase

I asked my family to pick up my orders the given time and they got home only the quoter of it … I had a voicemail about the rest been left behind.
So I needed to get there and collect the rest of the order 2 hrs later and it wasn’t even ready the time I arrived …..

Love balloons pre ordered and all ready on time.
