Excellent service, store sent me pics before putting together to make sure I was happy with the colours. Balloons were packed in a bag securely and they turned out so lovely! 9 days later they are still inflated and looking great! Thank you to Carmen @ the Kingston branch!

I placed 2 orders to be collected on the same day. The shop was not aware of the orders and nothing was ready. The balloons were prepared as the person collecting waited. The writing was supposed to be glitter but turned out plain white. The balloon weight was not the one chosen online at all. They had to be reminded of the confetti bags. The balloons were beautiful and the staff members apologetic. However, it was not personalised exactly as ordered.

I had paid for a weekday delivery and found out it wasn't delivered on the Friday after I followed up on the day and for told it would be there from 1pm. It turned up while the birthday party was happening on the saturday so not ideal.

I placed an order in the evening before collecting, i stated what store i wanted it to collect from and the time.
On the day of collection 30 minutes before it was due they rang and said balloons were out of stock and asked if i wanted to still come in and look around. Why would you let someone select the balloons, place order pay for them and not have them in stock? Haven’t you got a stock system?? It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional.

I love partica! It’s always so joyful walking in there and they always have what you need and what you want! I had 2 birthday balloons made up and they were a big hit! Both birthday boys enjoyed them.

They are amazing, just a little touch for family members birthday at home. I order a few days before, get telephone confirmation and pick up is always punctual and easy to carry, perfect! I use to buy all the separate elements and try and put together at home, but this literally takes all the hassle away. I would definitely recommend and continue to use.

I have had two positive experiences with Partica for balloons and other party items.

Recently visited the Staines store (multiple times I may add) as the service there is second to none. I was served by three lovelies ladies, Chloe, Lily and Kayleigh, and all three of them knew exactly what they were talking about and whatever I was explaining, they were able to bring to life with the balloons and decorations. All three were very polite, friendly and funny. Although I was served by three people, they also continued to serve other customers, but never made me feel like I was being a pain (I did have a lot of questions).
I would like to thank them all and say thank you for making the last few weeks a little easier when it came to getting the right decorations for the events I have been organising.
