Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered an oven grid 5 weeks ago, Everi didn’t deliver the first order, still waiting for the second, same order. Spoke to whirlpool with no satisfactory answer, when asked to be put through to customer service to try to find my order the phone was put down on me.
Dinosaur?
Efficient call reception. Part dispatched promptly. Very expensive for a plastic door catch. Made worse by 67.5 p premium rate call charge for using the 08448 number.
In a world where we are encouraged to repair and reuse its a bit dinosaur.
Unbelievably bad customer service. Go elsewhere.
Unbelievably bad customer service. I run an appliance repair company & so contact manufacturers regularly for parts. Hotpoint are undoubtedly the worst bunch I have EVER had to deal with. I would strongly suggest going to a different manufacturer who cares about their customer. Navid was abrupt and totally unhelpful in regard to my issues. Trying to raise a complaint is impossible. No one will call you back & you cannot speak to a manager. Their online chat is equally pointless.

Horrid never received the parcel… Evri has advised that they are eligible to put a claim through as wasn’t delivered as per their policy yet they refuse to refund me
Ordered a door hinge from the company
Ordered a door hinge from the company. Was also sold a cleansing product.
Elvri apparently delivers the product yesterday but this I not true. Check all details and it was correct but tried to contact the company. Email was rejected phone calls were passed to what's app which also did not work. I wondered if this was an elaborate scam.
Will they rectify this?
Sarah is rude
Spoke to a lady on the phone called Sarah who was so rude from the get-go. I gave her the number inside my fridge and she kept insisting she needed a second 10-11 digit number that i simply couldn’t find on the sticker. I asked for her help locating it and she was just rude and unhelpful all the way through. I apologised and asked if i could send an image of the sticker to an email address so someone can help me identify the number. She said ‘if you can’t find the number what makes you think i’ll be able to’
I have never been spoken to so rudely when i’m just asking for a bit of help!
The email address she gave me didn’t work either. Wonder if she gave me a fake name too?
I rang back and a nice gentleman was able to order the part without this mystical 10-11 digit number
I asked to speak to a manager and he said they would ring me to discuss my complaint but they never did…
Fridge freezer not working
The experience was good the lady on phone help me find the right code to get the right part
Dryer balls are cheaper elsewhere
Don't buy a dryer ball like I did . When I rang up to get a repair sorted. I was conned into buying it because it will help with the drying. It's probably true however there £5 for 2 in dunhelm . Whirlpool charge £10 each disgraceful behaviour
I ordered a replacement inner oven…
I ordered a replacement inner oven door, (twice I've smashed it whilst cleaning it), actually could speak to a lovely, polite ,helpful man. Came the next day as promised, I very gingerly fitted it correctly. Thankyou very much for excellent, efficient service.woukd recommend.
I called the repairs about the…
I called the repairs about the replacement of the light in my fridge. He was pretty rude and asked me straight up if I was expecting it to be free? I registered for a 10 yr free parts guarantee and did not expect him to say labour would cost 126 pounds. Shocking !!!!!!! If I add a little more than that I could buy a new fridge. Then he said he could do something on the price. Really ??? It seems to be a scam. I am now worried as all my appliances are Hotpoint and have 10 yrs guarantee. Hotpoint are you listening ???

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service.
Appalling delivery service.
I am a customer buying a new product,
have been made to feel like a liar.
I would neither recommend this company or ever buy from them again.
If a senior member of the management team and the delivery team would like details by all means contact me, as apparently I can’t contact you, it’s internal only…whatever that means!
Appalling.

Not to upset a customer
Please do not hang up on the phone when I am talking to a person. Then not to answer the phone at all, this was very upsetting.
I have no option but to go elsewhere.

Over priced dishonest service
I called Hotpoint to try and order a carbon filter for my cookerhood. The operator tried to sell me 5 for £125 (nearly 4 years worth) one for £40 or 3 for £70. He refused to give out the part number and refused to let me speak to anyone else. I called another company who gave me the part number and I ordered 1 for £20 including delivery. Hotpoint clearly don't give out part codes so they can over charge for parts which are sold for less else where. Really poor dishonest service and 100% more expensive than elsewhere

So I had 5 year parts warranty which isn't worth the paper it's written on I could only have the part for free if I get one of there people to replace it which was more expensive than the part itself, or I could buy the part and fit it myself what a total con seeing as it was only the glass lid £132, I will be fitting it myself

I was talked into purchasing washing tablets at the cost of £39.96 which I didnt really want and had explained I was concerned about getting them delivered as I live in a flat and would be at work when they were delivered. I was assured this would not be an issue howver they never arrived. So now I'm out of pocket and can't seem to get anyone on the phone to either resend or reimburse me. At the time I had called to arrange a repair which I don't believe resolved the issue I had with my washing machine.

The price of plastic!
I ‘phoned yesterday to order a gas-tap knob for my three year old Cannon gas cooker. I also asked for two little push-button things used to set the cooker clock.
I was told that cost of the three items, including courier delivery (why, when they could be posted in a Jiffy bag) was £44.77!
When I queried the cost, I was told “that’s what they cost”. To my mind it’s not what they cost, but how much they can charge me for. The word extortionate springs to mind.
