I would have given 5 stars but I had to…
I would have given 5 stars but I had to return the first part as I had ordered the wrong one but I quickly received received the replacement order. However the returned part was delivered back to you but didn't receive a refund until I emailed you about 2 weeks after. Hotpoint did apologise but it meant checking my bank statement regularly. Perhaps a lot of staff were off sick which would give a reason. But all okay in the end.

Required part was easily identified and despite it being so close to Christmas it arrived quickly, however the part was found to have a broken wire and required to be returned. Thankfully the electrician was able to repair the old part as it only required some oil and the fan blades adjusting. When I contacted you to arrange the return your employee couldn't have been any nicer and arranged the return quickly and efficiently

It was very easy to use the website to identify the replacement part I needed for my oven. Easy to order it too.
I was warned that ot might take a bit longer than the time shown on the website as typical delivery time. However, I still await news of ot being on its way
