i have ordered from them in march 16 one balckberry lcd screen and after contacted them by e-mail they told told me to pay extras money for fast shipment in around 4-5 days by dhl, today is march 25 and i hant received my order, in the begining they sent to me an number that i can track my order ,but once i contacted the dhl office the dhl told that this number is only one booking number for delivery but not a tracking number. avoid this website that is totaly a froud

Dont use this website! i ORDERED SONY XPERIA POWER CABLE FROM THIS WEBSITE AND PRODUCT PRICE WAS 10$ AND I PAID AN EXTRA 25$ FOR DHL SHIPPING AND IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS PASSED AND PART STILL IN HONKONG! IF I CHOICE THE DHL, IT WAS WRITING 3 DAYS DELIVERY TIME!!!

I ordered a touch panel for huawei g620s in January and I received it in perfect working condition so I think these guys can be trusted.

Not only is the customer service horrific, but they actually mishandled my personal information. Any company that treats their customers' personal information that careless, should be shut down. I would never give them any business again.

I ordered a LCD screen digitizer for my Xiaomi 6x because I broke the screen. The LCD screen digitizer came with tools to assemble at home but they were pretty useless. I took the parts to a cellphone repair shop and they used their professional tools to fix the screen digitizer onto my phone.

I read through the reviews about the Parts4Repair website and I noticed that the reviews of Huawei parts and Xiaomi parts (both Chinese phones) are generally ~good~ but the reviews for other Android phone parts are pretty bad. I think this might have to do with the fact that the Huawei and Xiaomi phones are fully manufactured and assembled in China and so it would be rare to find any other country selling these parts...whereas this might not be the case for other Android phones. Just something to keep in mind while reading reviews and ordering from this website!

Bought a new screen for a Huawei P10 Lite.
The packing was good, and the three weeks delivery-time to norway was as expected.
After assembley, the screen turns on, but is not responding to touch.
I was suspicious when opening the package and found a note of what to do if the screen was not working. - Clean contact with alcohol.
Surely, they have delivred a lot of screens not working.

Bought a replacement for Sony Xperia Z5, and a backcover for compact.

First of all, this is not an original screen. It has no Sony logo and the matrix quality is nowhere near to the original. Mine has discolorations in several places. The "assembly" is done with sticky tape, so better redo it with proper glue. Otherwise it's an ok replacement if you are fine with a quality downgrade in favor of lower price.

The backcover glass is also fake. It's made of a single piece of glass, not like original. So it the end I bought the original in NL.

Rip off scam site. Charges for dhl shipping then ships China post. DO NOT USE HALF THE TIME YOUR ITEMS DONT AREIVE IR ARE FAULTY

True rubbish parts. 1 star is too much for their 'OEM' assemblies.The adhesive to all of the parts is not sticking at all. Also displays perform really low with bad contrast and no durability at all. Had both the display and the rear panel of my Sony Z5 Premium cracked whilst in pocket, with the glass screen protector remaining undamaged and no signs of threat at the back case

I ordered a screen for my Galaxy Note pro 12.2" and after I contacted an administrative employee to ask some questions, I was assured that this is an original and new Samsung LCD panel.

I went through with the order and got the screen after about a month (understandable, the screen had been stuck at the customs without me knowing).

However immediately after I received the screen I realised that the screen was a used one.

There was glue residue at the back of the panel which is a proof that the screen had been on another tablet (new parts should mean NEW not "new to you" :) ).

Moreover, I tested the panel before I installed it and it seem to work fine. However, as soon as I finished the installation I realised that when showing a black background the screen shows blueish pixel bleeding which I didn't notice during the test (not extensive though).

Additionally when turned off I noticed that the panel shows a grid-like pattern (that's how its built - not a problem in itself) which contrasted the original Samsung I took out. I have never noticed anything like that with the original screen which was smooth when the tablet was turned off.

I now suspect that this is a very high quality REPRODUCTION. High quality because when it's lit it's as good as the original. The two stars rating I'm giving is for the false advertising of a used product as new and my suspicion that the panel isn't a genuine one. Yet it works (even with some problems).

If I could give no stars I would! This is the worst company I have every had the misfortune to come across!! I would suggested everyone to avoid and stop buying from them. Hopefully to force them out of business.

Ordered a phone screen replacement and paid £20 for express shipping. Ordered wasn't marked as shipped until 4 days later. It is now over 1 week later and the tracking says it is still in Hong Kong. Not good!

I bought a Lenovo Tab 2 A10-30 -White digitizer from this mob, waited a few weeks to come from china (reasonable) as soon as I opened the package I could see the connector was broken. It came in a hard plastic container so it didn't happen during transit they sent it to me like that, yep they sell second hand junk as new parts and they don't care that you know I asked about sending it back for a replacement. they sent a return number no problem but no address to send it back to! (no return to the address on their site) I paid $16 for the part including delivery Auspost wanted $28 just postage back to china!!!! All emails to them have been ignored STAY AWAY from these thieves

I'm thankful to buy here! I received my package smoothly. The package is well-secured and not broken. Although the shipment is a little bit slower (I used Singapore Post) but worth the wait. Good job parts4repair! Note: I used Singapore Post to have a cheaper shipment than DHL

I've been looking for quite some time for some replacement parts for my Xiaomi Mi 5X (powerbutton, simcard tray, fingerprint reader), which is a relatively new phone. Finding said parts was far from easy and no sites seemed to stock said parts, but I did manage to find them on Parts4Repair. The site itself looked quite sketchy at first as it seems pretty basic and also the reviews here on trustpilot didn't seem very encouraging, but I did bite the bullet and placed my order due to that I would get my cash back from PayPal if it did turn out bad.

The order process itself was very straightforward using PayPal and the price was reasonable, albeit the shipping cost was significant for such a small order. In terms of the shipping speed, things went just as expected and it took 3 weeks from the item was shipped till I had it. The shipment was shipped using Singapore Post.

I would definitely place another order on Parts4Repair in the future as they seem to have quite a bit of parts in stock and I had a decent experience placing an order.

Will only ship via DHL at an unreasonable cost. $25 to ship a $16 part. Worst of all is because they use DHL , DHL will do its best to get a duty applied to your $16 purchase that would never happen if it was shipped via post. So they applied $1.50 duty and ANOTHER $18 to collect the $1.50. parts4repair.com refused to cover the extra shipping cost even though I already paid $25!!!! NEVER USE PARTS4REPAIR.COM !!!!!!!!!!!

We just received replacement parts for our son's tablet. We were pleasantly surprised that they arrived fast and in great condition. We were so impressed that we have now ordered another screen for a different tablet. If you have any reservations, don't. The communication was great, the price was amazing even with the DHL cost and there was no doubt left once everything arrived.

Ordered 3 items (complete screen, microphone and rear panel for my daughter's phone), 1 week later I've received everything in France, in a nice and very well protected package. Perfect and serious.
