Stay away from this company!!!! After 2weeks lcd screen stop working.Staff unfriendly and didn't interested solved problem.No answering to emails and ignoring customer!!!

i ordered a screen replacement for my moto g 2023 5g over a month ago now, and was told a week ago "no worries wait 1-2 days"!! no worries?i ordered this
part on the understanding it would be 7-9 days, not
weeks! the tracking says its been in canada for 3 weeks now,and the shipping company says it left burnaby 3 days ago,burnaby is a 1 hour flight, or 12 hours driving, but these ass clowns must have sent it pony express!! i am requesting my money back via pay pal and if i ever hear the name parts4repair again itll be too soon. typical chinese garbage parts and service, i should have known better,and now i do!!

Do not recommend! I ordered a phone back glass assembly with other pre-attached components, but they sent me a barebone back glass with nothing on it (also available on the website for cheaper). Since those components are not sold separately, I could not buy them separately to attach to the back glass, and therefore I requested a return. First, they tried to talk me into ordering a new one before returning the wrong item in order to "save time", but since I felt something was off, I told them I wanted to finish the return before doing anything else. They then asked me to pay for shipping to return the part to China, which would cost almost as much as the part I ordered. At least I only took a loss on one order instead of two if I had been as trusting as they hoped.

Unreliable ordering portal
Prepayment will be charged via PayPal for parts that are supposed to be present. If there is no delivery, you will only receive information/answer after threatening a return debit. Then it is said that the supplier has no stock and the purchase price would be refunded. However, the refund is less than the advance payment - the difference (reduced by exchange rates and PayPal fees?) remains with the customer.

They delivered damaged product and refused to replace it despite pictures and videos I have sent as proof.

I live in brazil and this was the only site that i found the POCO F1 Loudspeaker, i have paid but they never sended, i tried to talk to them but no one responds me.

Ordered HTC Nexus 9 screen replacement, shipped via Singapore Post, received in India after 2 weeks. Good packaging, item received without any damage. First purchase on this website, positive experience. Will recommend.

Did business with them before, but now that the EU has changed regulations, they are not compliant (registering with EU as IOSS webshop) which caused issues with customs. My last package got sent back to Singapore and destroyed, without refund.

Avoid when delivery address is located in the EU.

Not happy at all. I ordered a part for my Samsung S8+ (glass panel for camera) but needed to cancel right away as it was not correct part. They did not cancel my order and shipped it right away. I have sent many mails but they are not responding. I would not recommend.

Very happy with using parts4repair. After an original hiccup, their service took care of everything and made my order right and made sure I received everything I paid for. Will be using them again in the future, and can say my experience was very pleasant, despite reviews left here.

Absolutely appalling service!!! I've been waiting 9 weeks for my package and the latest shipping update was 02 Dec 2020!!!! Absolutely no one knows where my order is..... ? Not a happy customer!!

I have ordered many times from them from circuitboards to screens with digitizers and tools and goodies , best costumer service I have ever encountered, im not easy to deal with but Yolanda kept her cool and when I went apesht crazy accusi g them of been a scam sight because on the trcking sights it seemed like my package wasn't moving but she assured me it was on the a way and sure enough , I recieved my package apologized for been such a pain and I have been buying from the only since , thats the reason I'm writing this I searched them on Google and seen some people here rating them 1 star, if i can rate it a 10 i would and it would be the only pace in the world that would get 10 stars from me , they trully are good people, they do business the honesty and appreciation, i highly recommend them so u 2 can enjoy a great shopping experience for once online , thank you Yolanda, i have to place an order, write to u soon ,

The package was not shiped. Paypal returned the money

Trustworthy. I had ordered an incorrect flex cable, noticed my mistake and messaged them about the same on their website. They promptly refunded my money on PayPal.

I ordered a LG screen which I paid more for the COMPLETE assembly and that's not what I received. It would be nice if they advertised actually what you were getting.

Despite all the negative reviews here, I've had an amazing experience with this company

I ordered something with them on April 30th and they have not yet shipped the product. The product was supposed to be in storage at the time of the order. They charged my creditcard for the product the same day...

I would not order from this company they are a rip off! I spent $20 extra to have a part shipped 3-7 day shipping and it took 3 weeks to arrive and they sent the wrong part! Its almost impossible to get this company to communicate with you and try and get a refund so basically I got scammed! Buyers please beware!!
