I ordered a new screen for my daughter's phone. NOT WORTH IT BECAUSE OF SHIPPING FEES. Because they use DHL the shipping fees and customs Brokerage fees ($15 to clear $3 in customs fees) +$20+ US shipping for an item that was about $17 US

You can save a lot of money by going to a local fix-it shop. They charge less and include installation rather than this whole debacle.

Please note that for more expensive items (I imagine over $100) the total price of shipping, item and customs may be less than a local repair job.

I went to the site and placed an item into my shopping cart, but didn't go through with the purchase just yet and the next day the customer rep Yolanda contacted me asking if I had any questions about the item in my shopping cart and prompting me to place my order.

So I eventually placed my order for a complete screen assembly for a Redmi Note 3 as my current screen had cracks. When I looked at the invoice, I noticed the shipping cost was higher than the item cost.

Now, i'm fine with high shipping cost for such a low volume order but there is one problem. The shipper they use is AWFUL. It's DHL, and they don't deliver to PO Boxes in Canada (I live in a rural area, so recieve my mail at the town post office). I had to ship my order to a DHL outpost about an hour and a half drive away from where I live. So, if you don't live in a rural area you might be fine, right? WRONG.

For a $21.65 USD order, I had to pay $26.16 USD in shipping fees and then later $13.49 USD in customs clearing fees before the order could be delivered. Basically I paid nearly $40 to ship a $20 item, and that's in US dollars not in Canadian pesos.

The cherry on top of the whole thing was that the screen I received, while packaged very well (lots of bubble wrap and a plastic container to keep it extra safe) is of mediocre quality, possessing a very noticeable red color cast that makes whites look pinkish. It beats having a cracked screen, but it's not as good as the original.

The only good thing I have to say about the experience is that the shipping container was robust and Yolanda helped me with any questions I had and notified me of any problems with my shipment.

While I noticed some bad reviews, my experience with this company was good. I needed a new display for my grandson's Asus 7" tablet. The part arrived about 2 weeks after placing the order, and it appeared to be a brand new part. After I installed the display, the tablet booted up and operated perfectly.

Ordered a screen for my sony xperia z5 premium, got delivered within 20 days. There was a crack in the screen but after sending photo's trough mail they delivered me a new screen without having to send the bad one back.

Good service and fast reaction trough email.

Don't trust this company! Don't buy it here.

They sell used products for new! Return costs are expensive to China so you stuck with it!

I order a HTC M8 part to connect sim card and the part is damaged. The power button is damaged. They did not state that the part is used. I had to check the warranty page to obtain the information that all the parts are used.

order not delivered and customer service does not reply.
order doesnt show up on destination country tracking service.

Recently I purchase touch screen for my broken screen Lenovo Tab since it was not available locally.

When I took it for service centre, I came to know that the item i get is duplicate/used one. Now because of this my tab became not usable without touchscreen. I do not know where to go for touch screen.

Request all those who come across parts4repair, please do not trust and order for spares. Since it is imported one, you cannot fight with them so easily.

It's been over 2 måmeder and I have not received the product yet. I have written several times and they just send a tracking number and says it has come to Denmark. Post Denmark says there is not. their post service can not find it.

very Bad experience with Parts4repair, i orderd Date: 1st Nov 2016 @ 1:24 AM Order Total: $302.27 USD after 21 days my order not received when i contact with them, they have no information, just give me tracking number, when i contact with shipping company they tolled me they have no more information. i don't know where i go.

I have ordered a new screen for my mobile and paid per PayPal. After two weeks I got the message that they do not have this item.
Now I hope to get my money back.

I bought a lcd for the Motorola x play.
The lcd was already damaged when I received it. And when I put the screen on, half of the screen didn't work And was not responding to touch. DONT BUY ANYTHING IT IS A SCAM

I bought a LCD+digitizer replacement kit for my honor 6. It came faster than i expected and very well packed. But the screen was very thin and weak, the digitizer had poor quality and the double sided tape doesn't work.
I was about to ask for a refund and they agreed, but i had to pay for the shipment back to china. So, in my opinion it doesn't worth to buy this kind of replacements from this seller. Buy an original screen and save time and money.

I ordered parts for my tablet, they delivered the parts for my tablet. Nothing special, just how I like it.
Delivery from Singapore to the Netherlands does take a almost 3 weeks with regular post (cheapest option :-)) , but I guess a different way of shipping would be faster.

I was sent a faulty replacement screen.

The return postage to China cost me $25 USD, with the service charge they deducted the total cost which was not refunded was $41 USD.

On top of this the whole process took 4 months.

Not recommended.

I bought a screen replacement for my phone, and i paid an extra dollar for the DHL postage which is $40 USD, and but even after one week of payment, no tracking number provided, i send them an email regarding the issue, and i never received an reply from them...

The item was a cheap knockoff and parts were missing. I want my money back. Avoid this place at all costs!

I bought a LCD screen for my tablet. Didnt work out of the box, had to jump through hoops and was never actually offered a return. Reviewed the product on the site and they didnt post the review.

I've bought a new digitalisier for my Huawei acend g7. Shipping was in time or even a bit ealier. The item was packed in a save way. Display fits perfect and quality is very good.

I bought some items and a shipping service.

They sent me only part of my order with the choosen ship service.

The other items.... I don't know!!! (But I've paid tax for all!!!)
