We ordered a balloon filled bubble balloon with a message on for my son’s 1st birthday. It arrived the day before his birthday as planned and we were absolutely thrilled with it! It’s been over a week now & it still looks as good as it did when it arrived. Great service and a great product.

Easy to order delivered on time, fab & quick communication as I had to change my greeting card due to my mistake. My daughter was so surprised & loved them, in her words "The most beautiful balloons I've ever seen".

My husband loved it, I loved it! It is something alittle more special! All nicely contained into a amazing surprise balloon. Even a week later it is still looking fab! The inner balloons are alittle smaller but still looks great! Quality product! I'm jealous, I want one now for my birthday!

Extensive selection, easy to customize online to suit your special moment/event. Balloon arrived intact on the requested date in a big, inconspicuous box, and the recipient was very surprised and happy! It's been up for almost a week. The handwritten card is a nice personal touch.

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times was amazing! the first time the balloon was in good condition and lasted SO long. such good quality. the second time i had to cancel
my order and i got a response so quick and refund straight away. amazing customer service x

BAD QUALITY/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/ POOR DEALING WITH AN UPSET CUSTOMER/DO NOT SHOP HERE
The balloon arrived, my sister opened it and as she was taking it out of the box, it burst! I emailed them asking for a refund, as my sister had told me the quality was sub stabdard. They said they will send another balloon, but knowing my day was ruined as it was a surprise for my sister, i pressed on getting a refund. Initially they said its not their fault, must be the couriers. As she was making a video for her YouTube channel, you can hear her say 'oops I burst the balloon' they took that as a sorry excuse to say she 'accepts' she burst it, where as that was her reaction.She called me to tell me later in the evening that the small balloons inside the big bubble balloon had started to deflate aswell. Mr. Benjamin, who I dealt with over an email, was quick to point that it was DPDs fault as their products are super duper amazing. If they can add the 'manual' on how to handle these sub standard balloons that would be great. DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Superb experience, initially we had an issue with the courier but party on balloons called us within 30 minutes of emailing to complain, they dealt with the issue for us and my daughter got her custom balloon on time for her birthday, these guys really do care about their customers!

RUBBISH COMPANY AND RUBBISH SERVICE. Received Product, was faulty the next day without being moved. Contacted Company and wanted me to send the product back for testing can anyone begin to tell me how you test a faulty balloon, coincidence maybe that's where they will say it is damaged. I have full pictures and videos of the balloon, to show how it came. When contacting them they are more concerned about covering own back and any bad reviews they delete, anyone else find this weird? Come on Party On Balloons lets address this instead of conning customers.
