Ballons delivered as promised. Love the one with the silver on it.. Very successful

Very happy with the service I received. They were out of stock of the balloon I picked after I ordered but that was due to a bad batch and this was quickly resolved with a phone call. I did pick a delivery day but the order came alot quicker which ideally I didn't want as I had a helium balloon but the balloon lasted at least 10 days.

We ordered helium party balloons. They lasted ages!!!

Speedy delivery, great packaging and the balloon is still going strong now nearly a month after ordering!

Quick service which was appreciated, although the helium canister did not blow up the amount of balloons it states and a third of the balloons purchased popped within 30 mins of blowing up. We were careful not to over fill for this reason but made no difference.

Awful. Ordered a balloon for my son’s birthday. I had specified Sunday delivery so he could open it but it came a day early in a battered box. The balloon was flat and had to go straight in the bin. I emailed and asked for a refund but have yet to receive one. Do not use this company.

Ordered balloons for my Sisters 40th Birthday, When arrived It was one single balloon. They advertise it as a "Bundle" Luckily I had brought an Extra balloon thinking there would be 4 in total ( Cost an extra £5.99!!)
2 stars as my next day delivery came but very misleading product as not sold as advertised and very small compared to Card Factory for the Price!

Ordered helium balloon for a birthday, received notification from DPD on the very day of the Birthday that it would be delivered in 3 days time... well, yes, who doesn’t want a Happy Birthday balloon 3 days after their Birthday ??!! Rang company, they stated there had been a delay in dispatch but had no idea why. Only plus point was the lady who answered phone, she was so very lovely and organised an immediate refund, however that does not make up for the disappointment & lack of communication that should have occurred when they realised there was a delay. Would not recommend sadly.

Edited to add - partystock asked for more details, happily gave them all including order number etc. Now they have asked trustpilot for more info from me as they ‘don’t believe it’s a genuine review’. Luckily I can prove my order was placed and the refund was made by partystock but am not happy to have my character & integrity thrust into doubt!!

Ordered 2 helium balloons for my son's birthday, both arrived a bit deflated, inflated using the straw included, no good one didn't even stand up. Very disappointed. Emailed on the day. Not heard back!

Edit: I was asked to send more details so they can look into the matter, still haven't had a reply. Bad customer service 😡

Ordered a helium canister and it arrived empty. Contacted them and they refused to deal with my complaint telling me they don’t do returns or refunds! Had one disappointed little boy without balloons on his birthday! Bad customer service!

Do not use ! I ordered 2 helium balloons for my sons birthday which turned up deflated,they will only refund me for one !! I paid for a Sunday delivery too. Shop elsewhere

Ordered balloons for 90th birthday...paid for tracked next day delivery ...but no updates re tracking the next day and never arrived.

So disappointing...90 is such a milestone!!

I have emailed twice now so will see if they respond. Unfortunately no response to the emails I sent. Shame I received Item one day too late.
If time didn't matter I would not have paid extra for postage and it would have been good value for the money.

Outstanding customer service. Received original order with one item faulty. Contacted Clementine who immediately issued a replacement which was delivered the next day and in time for my celebration! Thank you 🙏

Ordered with 3 weeks notice, they cancelled the other with 2 working day’s notice, and with no time left to arrange another delivery given lockdown, I’m now left explaining to my young daughter that it’ll be the first year for her and out of all her siblings that there won’t be a balloon. Utterly disappointed and poor service. Avoid.
