I ordered some pre-filled helium…
I ordered some pre-filled helium balloons along with other accessories for a works do. I ordered this quite late and not only was the customer service team accommodating and helpful. The order arrived perfectly filled, in time and accurately. Considering I ordered these products quite late (due to my own forgetfulness) and a substantial amount of products, I could honestly not be more thankful and recommending of this company.

Only place in town for super fast inflated party balloons!!!

Poor quality and poor customer service
I ordered two pre-inflated helium balloons. They arrived, but one was only half inflated - so essentially useless. I raised it with the company who said there should have been a straw to top it up!! There was no straw. But not exactly what you're looking for with a pre-inflated balloon. They then offered me a discount of 20% off a future purchase - and refused a refund. Not a chance I will use them again. Such a disappointment.
UPDATE unfortunately the response from the seller failed to recognise 1) the other balloon was fully inflated so it cannot have been the weather, 2) the weather was warm, 3) the idea of reinflating a helium balloon by mouth with a straw is laughable, 4) this is a frequent customer complaint always with the same poor response. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I am so sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the balloons that you received.
Unfortunately the current colder climate means that some deflation is unavoidable, which is why we include the straws. I am deeply sorry that a straw was not included with your balloons.
Unfortunately as per our website, we cannot refund helium balloons unless a more than normal level of deflation has occurred as they are not returnable. I am sorry that we couldn't do more to help you with your order.

Horrible service
Horrible service. Ordered helium for my valentine celebration, paid for next day delivery, ordered before 3pm as stated on the website however never received the parcel. Their customer service doesn't work on weekends so I was left with no information regarding my parcel. Sent an email that was responded very poorly. Horrible customer service. Definitely do not buy from them!!!!! The website is deceitful by giving you various options for delivery with different prices when in reality is just a way or taking a little extra from you because they are not capable or fulfilling the request. Pity if anything.
