AVOID
Avoid buying through this company. They got my simple order wrong and refused to fixed the issue. At 1st, they promised to send correct delivery. Instead they partially refunded my order and ignored my emails and request.

Ordered 4 silver letter balloons. You would think that would be a simple task. A R L A. I received A R L L. How hard can in be to get FOUR letters right!? A complete waste of time and money as the display is useless now. I’m absolutely devastated that a company’s incompetence has ruined the welcome home for a mother and her new born baby. Furthermore, the quality of the balloons is really poor. Before I realised that one of the letters was wrong I inflated the others, only one of the 3 floated! And when I attached ribbon to them even that one fell to the floor! The eye rings snapped on two of them as well. Really disappointing and concerning there is no contact number for the company. Should have listened to the other reviews on here. AVOID.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. I ordered 2 balloons (1 & 8) for a very special 18th birthday last Tuesday. I wanted them delivered on Friday (or Saturday at the latest), and was told to stipulate Friday delivery on the order form. They didn't turn up, and they STILL haven't arrived - it's now Tuesday. Really, really poor and a complete waste of £30+. They haven't even bothered to reply to my email sent yesterday morning asking what had happened. AVOID. These guys are useless. Plus the phone number on the paypal resolution centre is out of order or "not currently accepting calls". I have raised a dispute with Paypal.

Absolutely awful.
I have now seen others on here that have said the same thing that happened to me.
I purchase a number of balloons for my wife’s 40th birthday. Several ripped open at the seems while inflating. I stress this was not due to over inflating them.
I then sent an email regarding this issue and had no reply and then reviewed their products at a request by them and again no reply.
Shocking that they do not even care enough to reply and apologise.
AVOID!!!!!!!!!!
You have been warned.

I requested some balloons for my friends birthday party and unfortunately some of them were out of stock but the customer service made up for it and more. Jake was Exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything got here before the day despite sticking issues! Brilliant service and will 100% recommend to everyone!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I ordered 5 large 40 inch silver lettered balloons for a special event well in advance. I got an email to say dispatched but items never arrived. After numerous emails the items were allegedly sent out again! On the day of the event as I started to blow up the letters for the name, the first letter should have been a “S” turned out to be a 8! I still preserved until one of the letters blew and the others lost air due to tiny holes. So disappointed, will NEVER order from this company again!
