I booked a Passenger car at around 7pm Sunday evening for 8am on Monday morning to the Manchester Eye hospital for a 9am appointment.
It had not arrived at 5 past 8 so we phoned only to be told it would be another 15-20 minute, we said it was urgent, after 20 minutes it had still not arrived, phoned again to be told another 15-20 minutes, the taxi finally arrived at 9.15, we were lucky the hospital honoured the appointments 35 minutes late, 9.00 and 9.30 in two different clinics.
We have normally had good service but they let us down, very badly.
I won’t be recommending them to friends in future.
Surely pre booked appointments should be honoured first.

I took a Passenger group taxi from Flixton to Hale Barns last Thursday.I was quoted between £18-£20.When I got to my destination the fare was £28.It was because the taxi went on the motorway.The driver did ask me if I was ok if we go on the motorway and I said yes.If he had said it would cost £8 more I would have said no-go the £18-£20 route.Just a warning in case anyone gets in a Passenger cab and the driver asks if you're ok with going the motorway route!

Honestly don’t bother, they never turn up, we have had so many occasions where they have let us down. Currently standing in the rain for a passenger taxi that has not turned up (again) avoid avoid avoid

Dreadful. Regardless of how you book it (phone or app) you will be lucky if it shows up within an hour of the requested time. Calls to the office are treated with a “we’re sorry, we’re very busy” response. Turns out they have a number of taxi firms under their umbrella company so good luck getting an alternative. This has happened to about 50% of my bookings.

Reliable, punctual, friendly service. What more could you want from a Taxi company!

Are you looking for a taxi company that will promise to turn up on time but turn up over an hour late? Then your search is over, Passenger Cars is for you! Do you want a company that will lie to you when you phone them, look no further...When I phoned them, I was first told it would be 15 minutes late, so I waited, then phoned again, and was told it'd be another 25 minutes, so I waited, this time I was told another 40 minutes, I was quite annoyed by this point and they just hung up on me :-O

I took a taxi from Knutsford to Crewe and the usual fare is £35. However they charged me twice £70 and the driver was so rude and asked me to make a complaint with the Company. Three days of complaints and following up for the mystery complaints manager Jade but completely useless. She is busy, she is not in, she cant take your call.. NEVER USE THEM.. CHEATS

I booked a taxi at 8:30am to be picked up at 9:30 for a dental appointment at 9:50. The journey takes 5 mins but due to the parking situation it’s easier to take a taxi. The taxi turned up at 9:55, 25 minutes late, needless to say the dental appointment had to be cancelled through no fault of my own! It’s a Wednesday morning, kids are at school and the weather conditions are fine, there’s absolutely no excuse to be so late. When I confronted the driver he didn’t care whatsoever. What an utterly useless taxi company, I will never ever use them again.

My taxi was booked for 8am for a 9am appointment at the hospital. I got a text at 7.30am stating my taxi was on its way. My taxi arrived at 8:47am One hour 16 mins after the text and 47 mins late, on top of that the driver was extremely rude. It is 7.2 miles to the hospital from my home a journey of 23 mins according to google maps. I asked the driver to drop me at entrance 3 and I am positive that due to my complaint about being 47 mins late and making me late for a pre op appointment he dropped me just about at the opposite end and as far away from entrance three as I could possibly be leaving me another 9 min walk to my destination. very poor service from this company. Use only if you are absolutely desperate for a lift
