I thought I was renewing a minors passport on travel.gov site but got through here, all I did was type the name and hit submit and it charged me A HUNDRED DOLLARS. TO PUT A NAME ON A FORM. And because its a minor that is all they could do, and when I contacted support saying the purchase was unintentional as still had to go into the office in person they said that the services had already been used and could therefore not be refunded. Again, the ONLY THING THEY DID was type the name in their form.

PLEASE PLEASE learn from my mistake that you absolutely do not need to spend your money here, and hopefully I can save you the $100.

They charge $99 (or $124.98 if you choose priority service) to send you a pdf file that is both free and instant on Travel.State.Gov. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM! Go to Travel.State.Gov and never a third-party website.

I searched for ann online application for renewal of my passport. The company mimics a government agency with a logo that mimics US government sites, does ask same questions as US gov site, charges $130 ( not stated an extra fee on top of US government charges to renew)and then sends you an application you just filled out with instructions to mail it in with a cashiers check for the fees for renewal. A rip off and fake. I have disputed the charges and cancelled through my credit card.
Don’t fall for this scam. Go to Official US gov site and do it yourself.

This was the first result that came up when I was seeking forms online to renew my passport. I thought I was on a US government website. The fees collected DO NOT apply toward the official US passport renewal fees. I emailed requesting to close my account with this website and received a refund and received a curt and frankly rude response back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. BE SURE YOU ARE ON AN OFFICIAL US GOVERNMENT WEBSITE ENDING IN .GOV

This is a borderline scam and deceptive website! Do not use them. Waste of time and money. The passport application form that they generate does not have the official digital code, that you get when you fill it out at the official gov site! They collect sensitive personal data as well! Very risky! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

This website did everything it could to make you think you were filling out to renew your passport online when that is absolutely not the case they are just filling out paperwork for you that you have to then print and mail yourself and pay all of the passport renewal fee fees. You can easily go to the government website and file online without having to print and mail any documents. This company is a total scam for renewals.

If you're debating doing it yourself to save a few bucks, don't. The risk of a mistake isn't worth it. This team knows exactly what they’re doing.

I thought I was on a government website. Now I am concerned I just paid for something TWICE and I have my private information out there. HOW IS THIS LEGAL!?!?!?

1. No disclaimer on the home that they are NOT the official government website.
2. They went out of their way to make their site look very official.

They are just trying to charge $99 + the actually passport fees.

I appreciate a business that is upfront about costs. They told me the total price on day one, and that’s exactly what I paid. No hidden "processing" surcharges at the end.

I wasted $130. The website gives the appearance of the goverment passport office and payment is the exact amout it costs for a renewal. I thought I was paying for a passport renewal when in fact I paid for the application filled out with the information I provided. Made me feel sick to my stomach.

Managing four passports and three visas for a holiday was a nightmare until I found these guys. They kept every document organized and gave us a single, clear timeline. Total lifesavers.

This is a SCAM. All of the positive reviews are fake as well, note how they are all recent.

If you fell for this like I did unfortunately, time to change your credit card number and freeze your credit. The first two cards I put in said "declined", so they actually got multiple of my cards, and I am having to change them all now.

We went to this site without initially realizing that it was not the correct route for obtaining an online passport renewal. In retrospect, we blew through some red flags and even had issues with payment. We foolishly continued. We asked for a refund and am ever hopeful that we did not put our information onto the dark web. They rejected our refund request but vowed that our data was deleted. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! 100% Scam.

Very misleading an did absolutely nothing for me that I couldn’t do at my local post office. Please just go somewhere in person

They charged me for a child’s passport claiming that they processed it. They can not, child passports have to be done in person. Other than the response saying that they processed my request and they consider the matter closed, there has been no response. Their phone number is only a voicemail that directs you to email them. -- My reply to your reply. How many times do you want me to email you? As I stated, there has been no response. Tell me what you did. Tell me what you prepared, I filled out some paperwork, you did nothing, as I asked in my email, tell me what you did. Who did you deliver it to? It wasn't me, it wasn't to the State Department, so what do you mean by it was delivered? and Lastly you do not respond to all emails. You responded once and then never again.

they don't submit passport paperwork for you. They just ask the same questions that are on the government website for passport renewal and enter that info into a document that you need to print and mail in. Over $100 to enter info into a form... Chat GPT can tell you what to say in the government forms or you can just read the instructions for free.

This company relies on people hoping that they'll get their passport faster by using their document prep service which is not the case

Way better than trying to navigate the official site alone. They were super patient with my questions and the paperwork was spot on. 10/10.
