Your (phone) customer support was very responsive and helped me complete my application when I could not log back into my account to do it myself. (I kept getting a message that I was not authorized to view the account!) This technical problem was very disconcerting, but the representative was most reassuring and promised to process my application that day.

Other than one page which would not let me continue until I re-did the whole page, it was fine.

I tried to get my visa through evisa.vn site. Apparently there was something wrong with photo of passport page but they never told what was wrong and what to do inspite of numerous emails etc.

I discovered my passport was going to expire in March and I am scheduled to go on a cruise in January, didn’t realize it had to still be valid for 6 months beyond cruise date. PANIC! More explanation about my question about a Laos Visa instead of a QR Code may have been helpful. I was also not instructed well about pictures. I ultumately had to go to a camera company for passport pictures after sending the selfie to you from UPS, only to be told the size was wrong. I spent much time and money on this.
