The amounts being offered are the prices we will pay for these brands second hand - regardless of their original value, we do not only accept 'cheap' items. We are a business and we aim to resell these items on our website.

Before you begin the process of ordering and creating a Patabag, you are provided with an opportunity to generate the individual item value. We strongly recommend all customers go through their clothing and generate prices per item, as mentioned in our purchasing conditions that you accepted to avoid disappointment. Please be aware that we have to include a profit margin in the clothes that we buy and sell. As our clothes are heavily discounted, this has a direct impact on the purchase price that we can achieve. This is what allows us to offer quality clothing at low prices to all our customers.

After checking the pricing on our generator, at no point are you under any obligation to order a bag and send us your clothes, this is why this information is so readily available as we do not want our customers to be disappointed.

All items that are processed on the website are sized from information off the labels, as they are second hand they can shrink occasionally due to washes.

Please note we do offer a free returns service that can be located via My Account/My Orders if you should wish to return the item back to us and we will happily refund you.

As requested, we will remove you from our mailing list.

As we initially responded to your enquiry a few days ago and explained, we do not average out a price per item. ur pricing generator has been installed with algorithms to work out a second hand price for different high street, supermarket and high end brands as well as the type of clothing it is and the season. All of these factors are taken into consideration when a price is provided.

It is Patatam's aim and goal as a company to improve the recycling of both women and children's clothing; we want to help reduce this and encourage people to purchase second hand instead.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed; at Patatam we try to provide as many opportunities for customers to be aware of the pricing for their Patabag that they may be entitled to and when you order your Patabag, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including the pricing. This service we provide is a fast and efficient way for customers to make some extra money for their unused clothing.
