I'm so sorry to hear this! As our email reply to you sent this week said, the water used in each clean is changed daily for fresh water, and is specifically purified daily so it is clean. We track and manage this very closely with each cleaner, keeping a log of all the water purity readings for each day per van.

Clean windows
My window cleaner (usually Danny) will let me know when he's here or when he is coming so I know when to leave the back gate open. Windows always look clean and not streaky afterwards.
