This might be beneficial for muscle aches, but sadly, it didn't assist with my nerve pain. Much of the content was familiar to me. My concern is that pain could indicate harm, especially given my osteoporosis, as excessive bending could cause a vertebral fracture, which is exactly how it all began.
Unfortunately not for me!
Maybe useful for muscular pain but unfortunately no help for my neuropathic pain! Most of the information I already knew. Also for me pain can mean damage as I have osteoporosis so can fracture a vertebrae if I bend over too far, which is what happened in the first place!!!!!!

Useless and frustrating
Genuinely did not help me in anyway and there's a large focus on relaxation/meditation videos which just made me jittery and on edge, almost causing a panic attack at one point.

I don't think it's totally relevant to me. Part of my pain is caused by something that can be fixed. I shouldn't have to live with it. I have aphantasia so the meditation techniques mean absolutely nothing to me. I can feel relaxed without them.
I didn’t feel like it applied to me

Easy to use
Easy to use. A lot of information given, but unfortunately not much I didn't already know - if I hadn't known then it would have been 5 stars.

Feeling worse than before I started
I felt worse after the course than before I started. The group session was terrible run by a degrading group leader. The self run sessions were better but still full of word salad. Being told your just pain sensitive, to meditate and have a better mindset is pretty demoralizing. I will now have to undo what I've been told to protect my mental health.

Pain is not the end of life as we know it
