We had the BEST experience with Patrick! He was so very helpful and nice. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different catheters and made me feel at ease about which one to choose for my son. He even taught me about a chemical that was in our old ones we used and helped me better understand the risk our son was in. I can’t wait to start our journey here with y’all as our new DME provider.
