I ordered a patio umbrella April 21st if 2021. I got a confirmation of my order by email. But then never heard from them. So I called after 3 weeks and after 7 weeks - each time they said I should get it in 2 more weeks. After 10 weeks I’ve called 8 times - never get to talk to anyone. I e-mailed my complaint and the message came back undeliverable. Don’t buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam. I placed an order & literally cancelled in within an hour. I received confirmation from the rep it was cancelled & would be credited back in the next 2-3 days. 3 Weeks went by, I checked my statement & the funds still were not in there. I reached out again & the rep said he needed to follow up and would get back to me.. he never did. I called again and spoke to another lady & she confirmed it was sitting with her "supervisor".. and that he would do it that day (A MONTH LATER) & he would call me to confirm. I never received a call, I called again the next day & the rep said the supervisor said he had refunded the money the day prior (A MONTH AFTER THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED). I asked to speak to the supervisor and he was "busy" yet again. This company is definitely running a very very shady business. DO NOT BUY - go somewhere else like Wayfair or Home Depot.

I was just going through old emails and discovered that I had been remiss in reviewing Patio Depot (not The Patio Depot). We ordered two patio chairs July 29th, 2020. Without question, this was the worst experience in my 67 years on this planet. Communication was terrible and when I did get through it seemed like I was talking to zombies. Eventually we ended up talking to the manufacturer, Telescope Furniture. We were extremely satisfied with how they handled the problem. By the way, Telescope products are a very nice, high quality product but buy them somewhere else. If you're smart you'll heed the reviews. Good luck.

Ordered it and received no notification about shipping. Called after two weeks and was told someone would call me back with update. Never got the call, so followed up the next day. Then, they tell me that the manufacturer has discontinued it and they will refund my money. Thanks for nothing.

I paid with a Visa card, so I didn't worry too much about it. After 2 weeks of calling and getting an answering machine, I tried the chat feature on the website. That was useless. The chatbot just kept requesting contact info but, I got no calls or email. Finally, I filed a dispute via Visa and, after a few days, I got a refund. Patio Depot is a total scam! STAY AWAY!
Delivery Delay
I don’t have my order so my feedback is on the incorrect delivery date posted on your site. I ordered expecting for things to be delivered in 2 weeks due to processing and shipping. I was called Sunday night informing me that my order is out of stock and the next shipment isn’t expected until late May nearly 2 months later than I expected.
