Pattinson Auction was recommended to me while I was searching for a way to sell my late mother's flat. Having left it to a traditional Estate Agent for more than a year, I had become frustrated and disillusioned with the lack of progress. Once I had managed to extract myself from that agreement, not without sour grapes I have to say, Pattinson got on with the business. Within a day a photos had been taken and a pack drawn up. Stephanie has kept me fully updated with regular phone calls. In these difficult times, it is refreshing to get such positive service. i look forward to continuing with them until a sale is concluded.

I have bought a few properties now through Pattinson auctions. I was a little nervous about buying via auction at first, but the process has always been very straight forward, with great communication from them.
The agents are incredibly helpful & talk through every stage of the sale. especially Ellen, shes fantastic . I cannot rate her enough, very helpful & knowledgable.

Dire experience, not upfront about the contract being a rolling one, then attempted to change the reserve and threaten me with legal action into accepting what I was offered. The sale then fell through thanks to their lack of communication, solicitors taking days to respond to basic enquires and general failure to do due diligence on the buyer, three weeks later I am still without the deposit money agreed to in their contact which they tell me they have lost and can not trace and the entire affair has made me ill from stress. I am now having to take steps to recover the money owed. Stay well away.
