I used Pattinsons to make a purchase and found it to be a straight forward process . Communication was very good and everything was explained to me clearly process-wise. I would use Pattinson again happily .

I was going to try the normal market first but once my local estate agent recommended their auction service provided by Pattinson I decided to try that first instead. The service received by Abi was fantastic she was always on the phone updating me and on the day of online auction the bidding frenzy was great. I wouldn't recommend selling your property through auction, it was put to me as a way to sell my house quickly, but then was removed from auction as I was told there wasn't enough interest. The sale was agreed outside of auction room but terms and conditions still eligible which worked out OK, however additional fees added I hadn't been notified of. We'd had our eye on another house on the market with Pattinson but had been sold, we weren't made aware of. It was another agent but the seller had supposedly asked Pattinson to remove it but they didn't. To say stress is an understatement, and there's no complaints department.
Staff in branch were helpful.

Bobby, our auction manager was very helpful and even stepped in to resolve a delay with our solicitors. After 18 months with an Estate Agent our property has still not sold, and not wanting to keep it empty for another winter we took the Estate advice and go to auction. Initially a bit wary we contacted Pattinsons On-Line Auction House we were very very lucky to speak to Nicole who went through the whole process .
