Bobby at Pattinsons was absolutely amazing. His professionalism was second to none. He was always polite and courteous and would return your call if he was busy within minutes. He understood my issues/questions and was always able to explain procedures and be helpful with his answers. He made the process of buying an auction property easy. This was our first venture into selling a property by Auction and would definitely do so again with Pattisons. Our contact at Pattisons Ajibola was very helpful as was all the other staff and guided us through the process effortlessly keeping us well informed of property viewings and offers. Just had my first experience of buying a property through online auction with this company.
I wasn’t the successful bidder, but what a great experience! All staff members I dealt with were friendly and professional. Special mention for Chris Grayson who walked me through the process. His communication and customer service was first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this Auction House again!

I had a positive experience with the auction process. The telephone assistance from the team was great as well as the email communication except the name of the sender and therefor the email address to reply to, was often absent. I had to search for previous emails to get the email addresses before I could reply, which was a bit frustrating. I have notified the team which in turn mentioned it to their IT guys, so, hopefully that will be resolved in future. As this was the first time I bought a property in this manner, I didn't know what to expect from an online auction but looking back, it was all good fun and a great experience. I will do it again if I find the right property.
