Hubby and I went in today to get something for him for an upcoming wedding. Paul could not have been more helpful especially with sizing and what went well together Not pushy at all, happy to show the sale items. Exactly the type of one stop experience my hubby likes as he hates shopping. Jacket, trousers & shirt all sorted. I even popped back later to get the other jacket for him for his Xmas. Highly recommend 👌

The guys at Pauls rang to say thay didn't have the product I ordered but suggested a more expensive alternative which they did not charge me the difference for, straight swap. great service and very attentive, I was really impressed with the phone call to let me know of the error, keep up the good work lads.
