I would certainly recommend the Paul Wallace team at the Brookfield Centre,Mark was brilliant, going above and beyond in the selling our property and negotiating the purchase of our new property, Daniel, Johnathan, and Steve were also brilliant getting involved, and helping us in form filling and advice, we thank them from the bottom of our hearts, we wouldn’t be where we are today without them thankyou regards shirley & Ray frisby

Jon and his team at Brookfield Farm Cheshunt were totally professional and went beyond what I expected at a difficult time for me as I was selling my Mum's house just after she passed.

They were so supportive and helped me with every aspect of selling the house, as I've never done this before. Everything went so smoothly and quickly! Would use them again.

Well its only taken me 8 weeks to finally write this review !
I've tried hard to think of terrible thigs to say about Paul Wallace, Peter Gold & his merry men/ladies ! Ha ha ! But sadly I could not find anything .
The sale of the property that they dealt with was a very emotional & personal one, due to the death of a very close friend but they went above & beyond the call of duty to make everything as painless as possible.
It wasn't a easy sale as two buyer pulled out for their own reasons, but they battled on for me & found me another good buyer who finally brought the property.
I personally found Peter Gold and his staff to be conscientious and caring on how they dealt with, everything issue that arose, ensuring that any questions and concerns were dealt with, and keeping me informed of the status of the transaction at every step. They certainly go that extra mile, ensuring which is usually an extremely stressful time, easier to get through. I cannot fail to recommend them, not only to any person thinking of selling their property, but any prospective buyer also.
I now owe Peter 2 cream Buns & a cupcake for writing this review ! ha ha !
They have become like really good friends, even family to me !
Dont go anywhere else, trust me !

I cannot fault Peter and the team from Paul Wallace. They handled our sale and they were brilliant! They are different from other agents in that they understand what you're looking for, and match you to the right house. They really understood what we wanted! They are professional, caring and really do go the extra mile. They made a very stressful process so much better! I recommend them to everyone. Trying to move home in 2022, have a long chain in place for your move and then experiencing the chaos of the financial sector – with mortgage offers changing/being pulled with little or no warning.

Peter Adams, Peter Gold and Joe Solazzo went the extra distance to help close the deal and get me and my family moved in – in time for Christmas!

They managed to push the various people in the chain- as well as all of the solicitors involved – with a smile and without ever losing confidence that it would all happen. They constantly communicated all of the information we needed to feel assured that the process would work.

After having to pull out of two previous purchases due to issues with the properties that I am sure were known to the Estate Agents I didn’t have much faith in Agents anymore.
That all changed when we dealt with Joe and Peter at Paul Wallace.
From the get go they were keen to find out exactly what our requirements were. They were very accommodating with appointment times and their communication was outstanding.

I have been dealing with Jon Quy at Paul Wallace for the purchase of my first house. I was a bit nervous as I am a wheelchair user and have not gone through this process for about 20 years. From the start, Jon was amazing. He created me at the house and helped me inside and he was really friendly, helpful and best of all, always kept me up to date. He responds immediately to call, emails or any queries and really helped to guide me through the purchase. I spoke to his team when Jon dared to take 3 days off work (yes terrible behaviour I know 😂) but his team knew exactly what was happening and kept the great customer service going . I could not ask more from Paul Wallace and Jon's team and highly recommend them as a great company to deal with. Thanks guys , you have been perfect .

We used Paul Wallace estate agents to sell our home recently and can not recommend them enough.
We were impressed by Mark at initial meeting he was open and honest with his opinions and think valued the house to its true worth. We went with all of his advice and put him in total control of the marketing strategy for the property and this paid off 100%. He suggested block viewings, he conducted all of these which was so much easier for us and is much more professional than us amateurs showing potential buyers round. The house sold in one week for full asking price to a great buyer.
The service does not stop there as from then on the team constantly check and monitor every aspect of the sale/purchase keeping everyone up to date throughout the process which is great for both buyer and vendor.
Mark and all of the team at the Cheshunt branch are all consummate professionals, someone always answers the phone with each member familiar with the property. For once we can say an agent that thoroughly earns and is worth every pound of their commission.
