Paul Wallace estate agents helped us through a difficult time they were helpful and professional we would use them again

Moved from Enfield to West Cheshunt in September, buying and selling is a stressful time but with the help and calmness of Jon the whole experience was pretty smooth. I would definitely recommend Paul Wallace to anyone thinking of moving.

Friendly, approachable staff. Our instructions were listened to and followed sensitively. Mark Willis was brilliant in listening to our requests and making the whole procedure of selling as smooth as possible. Thoroughly recommend.

Superb!!! These guys held my deal together. They found me a buyer who made a very good offer. Their valuation was spot on and the service was brilliant. They chased things up really quickly and were super communicative. Even when my case handler was off, the next person was just as good! They kept me calm and did everything they could to help me get my move done. They come highly recommended from me and I would have no hesitation using them again if I ever move back into the area. Super thanks to Mark, Jon and Steve!!! If I could do 10 stars I would!!!

Jon’s service was superb!! He said he would get our house sold and before you knew it. A week later he managed to get our house over the line. Great customer service and defiantly recommend Paul Wallace highly!

Unlike my perception of Estate Agents in the past, I found Peter Gold, and his staff at Paul Wallace, fantastically helpful, friendly and professional. They go that extra mile to help, not only the seller of a property, but the purchaser as well. They liaise between the two parties perfectly, to ensure that both seller and buyer are kept advised and happy with the progress of the sale. I could not fail to recommend them to any prospective property seller.

We are completing our house tomorrow. We put the offer down back in March . It has been such a quick and smooth transition. Jon has been the best.Jon gave us regular updates and always made sure we knew what was going on.

We have just completed the sale of our parents house in Cheshunt, and wanted to say how impressed we were with Paul Wallace Estate Agents. We had a number of issues along the way, but the team at Paul Wallace handled them extremely well. They were always quick to communicate and respond, especially Jon earlier in the process, and then Mark Willis did an amazing job in making sure the sale got over the line, especially when we lost the buyer at the bottom of the chain and he not only helped find another buyer, but also chased solicitors and provided regular updates along the way, which was very reassuring. Can highly recommend!

A first class service. Selling the family home after Mum went in to care was always going to be a difficult experience. Step in Paul Wallace - I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and support guiding us through the process. Mark kept me updated on every aspect of the sale and the whole thing went through in record time, from offer acceptance to completion. I could not have wished for a better service. Mark and the whole team were great. I would use Paul Wallace again without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Paul Wallace. They managed my father's move very professionally. My father being elderly, they showed every consideration in relation to the selling strategy to minimize disruption to him. Nothing was to much trouble and communication was easy and queries answered quickly. Even after my father had moved and his prescription had been delivered to his old address, they offered to collect it and deliver it to him.

We definitely made the right choice. There was never a single grain of doubt from the moment we met Paul for the valuation. Every single member of the team was helpful and knowledgeable with any and all requests and questions, no matter who answered the phone.

In December I spoke with Mr Paul Leadley @ the Cheshunt branch to arrange a valuation of my house with the hope to get it on the market in the new year. Paul was very polite, professional, punctual & very personable. After the valuation he remained in contact without pestering :) Unfortunately we did not proceed but, when I advised Paul of this, whilst he was of course disappointed, he was just so very gracious about it, it was refreshing! Highly recommend Paul to anyone considering appointing an estate agent...

I can't rate Paul Wallace highly enough! Such a great process from start to finish. In particular I want to call out Joe S & Peter G for their fantastic support throughout. They went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. They are the perfect mix of friendly and professional and just a pleasure to deal with.
