I've worked with Paul Wallace twice now, for my recent sale and my previous purchase and have to say they are the best agent I have worked with. I'd never go anywhere else. In particular Joe has been vital in getting both my sale and purchase through and is always there to help and push whatever is needed and when as well as talk through any concerns or issues. I've had lots of issues and problems to work through on both my moves and couldn't have got it all sorted without Paul Wallace and Joe! Thanks also to Peter who has been great. In fact I was so pleased with the service I also recommended to both my neighbours who have recently gone on the market to go with Paul Wallace. They are just as pleased as I was with the service.

The whole team were great! They were all so professional and enthusiastic from start to finish and kept us informed with regular updates throughout the sale. We were in capable hands at all times. Been dealing with Paul & his team since 1998, always had wonderful service.
In the last 10 years we have been dealing with Kerry and the letting team, again nothing too much trouble and most helpful at all times.

Peter and Joe at Brookfield Centre, managed the sale of our house and couldn't have been more helpful. We were selling our home from overseas so it was daunting, but from the moment they picked up the keys from our previous agent, the whole experience felt professional managed and totally painless. I used Paul Wallace to sell a property and unfortunately I agreed to sell to a buyer with the worst solicitor in the world, Paul Wallace were superb in dealing with this rouge trader and were tenation and never stopped trying, I have heard a lot of stories of bad estate agents but this firm must be the exception as they were professional and got the job done, especially Joe who deals with after sales who is brilliant at his job

I purchased my house many years ago from Paul Wallace (Cheshunt). The purchase went smoothly so when thinking of selling they were my first point of call.

Popped into Paul Wallace several times for advice and info before putting my house up for sale. I recognised Paul, who sold me my house and who is now one of the co-owners, I saw him several times there late afternoons and evenings. Seemed clear to me that he had a handle on what was happening with a hands-on approach. I have found in the past where the owner(s) have a hands-on approach it is generally good sign that it is a well-run business.

I found all the staff very friendly and helpful, they aim and care about offering a service.

When ringing them the calls were normally answered within a few rings, on the few occasions it went to voice mail, they called me back within minutes.

Would not have thought you could use the word professional to describe an estate agent, but you really can for Paul Wallace.

As time passed, with my problems elsewhere, I came to appreciate more and more just how good Paul Wallace are.

I would like to give many thanks to all the staff for the sale of my property with an extra special thanks to Joe who was my contact person through the transaction and for all the work he did.

Overall I have found Paul Wallace to be competent, efficient and professional and can highly recommend them. I would give them a 5+ star rating if the option was there.

We've just exchanged contracts and completed the purchase of our property and I can't thank and recommend Paul Wallace enough! They are the most professional, genuine and efficient agents we've used so far.

We wanted to move in before Christmas and everyone in the office, especially Joe, pulled out all the stops to make sure this happened (all in less than a time span of 8 week!).

From beginning to end, Joe was professional; he kept us up-to-date with any progress (even if it was a courtesy call to say that he tried to get through to the solicitors and are waiting for a call back from them), and recommended using a solicitor and broker that we found to be highly experienced experts in their field.

Even on his days off, he would still answer our emails and ensure that his colleagues were up-to-date with our case so that they could help us contact the solicitors and resolve any queries we had if he wasn't available.

We are absolutely over the moon to have moved in before Christmas with very little stress throughout the whole process - and this is all thanks to Joe and his colleagues at Paul Wallace! We will definitely use Paul Wallace again to sell and buy properties in the future.
