Great Experience
I ordered a coat for my dachshund puppy, which came very promptly but was much too big. I emailed the team; they advised me on sizing and exchanged the coat very quickly. Wonderful service, thank you.

Gloucester Dog coat
Very accommodating buisness when I asked to change the coat as I had ordered the wrong size. Good communication and generous in trusting that I would send the coat back as he sent the new one out to me.
Coat is smart and is an excellent quality product with good price. Not fantastically thick but appears warm enough. Need to measure thoroughly before ordering - size guide measurements on website.

Ordered a dog harness. Arrived but too small, sent back and a replacement arrived very quickly and an email received from Pawfecthome to confirm if it had arrived and to check all ok. Great quality harness and good price. Will be using Pawfechome again
