All questions were answered throughout the possess. Very Happy parents of our little furry girl. We welcomed our second puppy from Pawrade in less than five months, and we couldn’t be happier.

First came Onyx, our little adorable diva a black Dachshund with the fluffiest ears and the biggest personality. And now, we just brought home Oscar, a red wire Dachshund with the sweetest, most gentle temperament.

Well informed every step of process. Pickup went without a hitch exactly as promised. Puppy was happy and healthy.

Everyone was so helpful, delivery service was great, a very nice man brought her in to me. The staff were great to work with.

At first I was skeptical and concerned about this being a scam operation. But I followed through and now have the most beautiful puppy. Wish I could have had some communication with the breeder, not just the Pawrade employees. But all is well that ends well.

Excellent communication and great puppies!

We received our four month old puppy on February 1 and she was just what we wanted. We fell more in love with her every day. After six weeks she got ill and we took her to our vet. He thought she had eaten something she shouldn’t have. Her blood tests weren’t good but we took her home with medications. After two days she was worse so we went back to our vet. He took an X-ray and blood tests and she had some string in her stomach and her blood tests were much worse. We gave him the go ahead for surgery. We went back the next day to pick her up and the news was devastating. She was very sick and almost surely terminal. She had pyloric hypertrophy. The vet had tried to correct it but it hadn’t worked. After surgery, he put dye in and the dye couldn’t make it out of her stomach. He told us he could send her home with medication but the outlook was not good at all. I asked if we were just prolonging her suffering and he said that he didn’t believe there was any way she could survive. We made the incredibly difficult decision to euthanize her. It’s been three weeks and we still feel like we’ve been gut punched. Varying between sad and mad and trying to make sense of it. Then Pawrade’s insurance company let us know that they didn’t feel euthanasia was necessary. I guess we were supposed to make her go through hell and hope for a miracle. We will never do business with them again. They are a glorified puppy mill. I gave Pawrade’s insurance company our veterinarian’s phone number as our vet had encouraged me to do but they refused to call our vet for further information. Also, our pup was 5 1/2 months old. The vet had removed the string. Had that been what was wrong, we would still have her.

First time buying a puppy and this was a very easy, smooth and exciting experience from this company. (For the record this is my experience.) Everyone in contact with was helpful, answered all my questions, kept me up to date on the puppy and his conditions and progress. I chose the airport arrival and even that was easy and smooth! I would highly recommend

Smooth experience all the way through. I was nervous buying a puppy online so I requested a conference call with the breeder so I could ask some questions. The call was setup quickly and all my questions were answered. I asked for a copy of vet records and videos of the puppy. Those were promptly sent. I felt comfortable to go ahead and purchase our puppy. Communication thereafter was consistent and clear and I knew what to expect. The drivers took great care of our pup and he arrived healthy and happy. He has acclimated quickly to our home and family! So thankful for Pawrade!
