When we received our puppy he had a runny nose. The first vet visit. If you read the second set of notes that I sent you, it states in there that he had a runny nose from the veterinarian. If you don't have those veterinary notes, I can resend them to you where it states that he had a runny nose. As for the insurance, we did activate the 30-day free insurance policy and we did extend our insurance policy that you said we didn't. I can also send you that confirmation information too.

This is an awesome site! The people are extremely helpful and the drivers are equally awesome! Pawrade has help available for anything you might need throughout the puppy buying process, and the delivery option was great. Delivery was quicker than estimated and our puppy was clean and happy! I would highly recommend Pawrade!!

We bought a bison Fisse. He has an underbite. He’s overly anxious and very hard to train. We love him and will live through his problems. He is not easy. His name is Asher.

BEST experience ever in buying a dog. Less than 10 days from seeing her photo to having her in my lap. She was healthy, happy, and (surprisingly) clean and sweet smelling when she arrived after a 18 hour drive.
I never would have found her without Pawrade...I guess this is the new way of calling all your relatives with "Hey, I need to find a dog..."

Overall we had a great experience getting Archer. There was a small hiccup, but it was still a very smooth process.

The communication throughout the process was solid. Pawrade kept us updated on Chet’s progress, including when he was ready to travel and what to expect during delivery. When Chet arrived, he was healthy, clean, and clearly well cared for. You can tell he was raised in a good environment before coming to us.

Chet has been an amazing addition to our family. He’s playful, affectionate, and already showing a great personality—everything you’d hope for in a pug.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide even more frequent updates or photos during the waiting period, as that’s the hardest part when you’re excited to bring your puppy home.

Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to add a new dog to their family.

The entire process was so smooth. Pawrade's staff reached out continuously during the process to keep us updated on our Puppy's progress and once she left Ohio to come to NY the transporter was in contact with us the whole time. They delivered my little baby right to my door. We are absolutely in love with Bella. Her breeder must have really loved and spoiled her, she is perfectly behaved. Trained in 1 day, great with all of us including her new older sister.
We couldn't be happier! Clean bill of health from our vet too!!

So I just found out today that you cannot call more than once about it puppy. I guess when you make your phone call. You should be knowing that you're buying that first puppy that you call about. Because the girl was very rude with me today. Telling me that I've called in over 50 times which I think is a farce. But whatever and she wasn't sure if I was just calling to ask questions like normal, or if I really want to purchase one. I said I really want to purchase one but I'm not going to buy the first dog that I come along. I want to know the history of the dog. I you know, and anyhow. I was very put out by this. I was really quite shocked at her attitude and her disposition with me which was to me, very poor customer service. Not only that, she asked me that, but the tone that she asked me that in. And the word she chose to say, without any hesitation. She was just rude period I know where some of these puppies come from. And that's why I'm selective. I'm glad that a lot of you have had great things to say about them.And I might have, if I could have actually talked to someone today, I was actually very interested in this little mail.But neither here nor there I just thought that they show all these wonderful reviews, but they don't show any negative reviews, and I think to be fair to the public.That they should show both! The girl that I talked to her name was lily with a very bad attitude.And a very bad tone to be talking to me.I am an older lady.So I don't appreciate some of the ways of today, but that's neither here nor near I just go with it.But lily, your attitude was uncalled for today.Very uncalled for and I was very, very put out by this so we'll see how paul raid handles this.I don't know how long you've been with him.I don't know anything about you either.But I just know the way you handled my phone call today.Not only did I not buy a puppy but I won't be returning to your site.There's a lot of other places to buy puppies.

Every part of getting our puppy went smooth. From the first contact person at Pawrade, a Zoom contact with the owners of our puppy, and the transport from Missouri to Michigan via a huge van. The Van guys were very kind and kept me posted on his journey via texts.
We’ve had our Cocker spaniel puppy for 2 weeks and he’s doing great.

Great communication. Easy to work with. Puppy arrived on time, in good shape, and clean.
