Best dog food! One of my dogs is sadly allergic to pretty much everything and he is a picky eater and i really struggled to find the right food for hime until I found Paws Pet Food. I've been feeding him Paws Pet Food for the last 3 years and he absolutely loves it!
Amazing customer service. Jess always looks after us and makes sure dogs food is delivered on time.

Took too long on delivery, and lack of communication by Paws pets, until payment is required!!!

Sent me a bag of food I had on auto-order without any opportunity for me to decide whether I needed it or not (as most auto-order systems do) and then refused to recall it from DPD and give me a refund. It was also being sent to my old address in a different city!
I couldn’t get any response from the company from multiple attempts to call them on 2 different numbers and 3 different emails. I have handed it over to my credit card company now as a wrongful transaction and redirected the food to the local cat and dog home as DPD were unable to redirect it to a different city without the company arranging it.

Excellent service and the food recommended by Jess has reduced dramatically the allergies that my two blue staffies used to suffer with

What a really lovely company to buy your dog food from.
Jessica is so lovely and helped me choose the correct food for my dog, who has several allergies.
The quality of the food is very high, my dog loves it, and her coat is glossy and full of vitality.
I’d highly recommend trying this dog food.

I was looking for a reasonable priced grain free dog food with good meat/fish content. I found this and would rather help a small business. My dog enjoys it and has been absolutely fine since I gradually introduced it.

Repeat order payment and delivery all went smoothly. My mini dachshunds love it.

I started my dog on their kibble /moist food diet. He loves it , wolfs it down every time. However he still seems hungry so I wondered if the serving recommended should be increased.
I left a query on their website about this and replied an answer the next day which I didnt answer straightaway as I was unwell and also busy. The email was polite and and asked me to answer further questions about my hound.
Yesterday I got an email from Paws saying they were closing the query as I hadnt yet answered.
This has left me feeling suspicious ; are they being evasive? Don't they want my custom and if not why ?
I am very disappointed as I was happy with their product.

Hi, I'm sorry to say your website is terrible to use, I don't know what you've done but I couldn't find the item I've been ordering for year's from what used to be fetch pet foods. Very disappointed now going to look elsewhere.
