Excellent customer service would definitely reorder from perfect paws in the future

Jessica was very helpful and friendly, she sent samples for my cat to try and Amelie loved the dried food that was recommended. I've never seen her so excited about food before!
She has a sensitive stomach and this food seems to really help, it's great quality. I really appreciated the free and quick delivery too.

Our lovely GreatDane Cross English Bulldog has a sensitive stomach and always gets breakouts with other foods. Jessica has made my dogs dreams come true. He eats dry kibbles now Asparagus, sweet potato and Fish. He has no more issues with his breakouts or gut.

I am really thankful that this company and the customer service exists.

We had a issue over the Christmas period and had less food ordered due to my own mistake. It only took me to ring Jessica on her mobile number provided on the website to assist straight away. She even offered to drive down up to a hour to make sure my Greatdane had food. Sadly we were the other side of each other but she posted the food the very next day and we got it with 48hrs.

Its the small things that count with a business and this company is doing everything right. I would highly recommend.

Fast delivery, great food, my dog loves it. With her being allergic to poultry, fish and lamb it was so good to find a food that only contains beef and veg, no nasties and she's been getting better and better on this and her mince and veg diet. So far do good. It's so hard to find a complete food that didn't contain some form of chicken whether that be the main ingredients or hidden chicken oil. Thank you

Jessica and Mycroft (yes, he is a cat) provide fantastic customer service. Their products are second to none and the level of service you will receive cannot be beaten. I needed a very specific product in a hurry for a client and Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I had it in time. I cannot say how grateful I am.

Our dog food has always arrived on time without issue. It is so handy to have it delivered to the door monthly, we don't have to think abou it at all and our boy loves the taste we wouldn't use anyone else for our dog food.

Excellent! Highly recommended. I spoke to a lady called Jessica who was incredibly helpful and informative. I bought food for my cat and dog who are both elderly and have special dietary needs. Good quality food and excellent service. A+++++++
