Just amazing compassionate service from first contact to personally bringing our Lucy home. The certificate and timber box are beautifully presented and so much care taken. Could not recommend highly enough.

I had such a wonderful and gentle experience with Paws to Heaven. They picked up my boy Roman the same day from the vet and contacted me to let me know they had him. They were responsive and kind. They kept me updated through all the steps and then delivered Roman home. The whole process was quick, smooth and efficient and I was relaxed knowing that a Roman was in good hands.

We called Sharon and the team on New Years Day and from the get go they were amazing. Within a couple of hours one of the team (Gail) was out to our house and collecting our girl. She explained that Sharon would give us a call on either the Tuesday or Wednesday to get more information around what we would like. Wednesday came around and Sharon gave us a call to confirm what urn or box we would like and if we would like anything else. She explained on the website what was the most popular. We went through wording for the certificate and she told us to text through a photo so it can be put on the certificate too. On Friday Sharon sent us a message to let us know that our girl would be home with us the very next day and asked a time that would be suitable. Marty came out and dropped her off and explained everything that we had, including additional prints of her paws and even a nose print that they were able to get. Throughout the whole process we felt we had a team that had our best wishes in mind and was certainly willing to go that extra mile. Thank you so much!

I recently had to put my first rat Perry to sleep. It was an incredibly difficult time for me and Sharon was so caring and lovely during the whole process. I am so thankful I chose Paws to Heaven.

Paws to Heaven was recommended to me by my vet before my dear 18-yo cat Amba floated peacefully over the Rainbow Bridge. Gail called within an hour afterwards to say Amba was in their care. I then had constant communication with Sharon as to how I wanted to remember my girl. Very professional and compassionate people to deal with every step of the way. Thank you Sharon and Gail for your thoughtfulness, help and understanding through this very sad time for me.

Sharon was lovely to deal with. We rang her late at night after our pet passed, she was very helpful and empathetic. She came and collected our pet the next morning and allowed us time to farewell her. She kept in contact through the whole process and managed to get her back to us before Christmas. She was very accommodating with extra requests, and so thoughtfully added additional paw prints for all of our children. Would highly recommend Paws to Heaven.

Great experience. Such empathetic communication. Sharon clearly understands the inability to speak of a pet’s passing in the first few days and makes things so easy. It was lovely to know our gorgeous girl was so swiftly taken into care. I reduced my rufty tufty husband to tears when he learned our darling’s ashes were being returned to us despite us previously deciding the most sensible economic decision was otherwise. We have 2 more dogs and I can guarantee they will both receive this same level of care.

were devastated to come home to find that Pippa had passed over the rainbow bridge.
From the moment of calling Sharon and finding a warm and compassionate discussion person on the other end was very reassuring and to be followed up with Marty coming by to collect our beloved family member we knew we had left her in caring hands.
The process of what/how to do things was made so easy with the check in from Sharon through out the week.
We have her ashes in a beautiful tealight candle holder which sits in a prominate place that we feel that Pippa’s memory is with us always

They kept in contact with me at each step, from the time Jack had been taken into their care, through to the time he was ready to return home. The service and advice provided was excellent.
