Terrible customer service
They would not help me exchange the vape I purchased for a different one. Now I’m out $260 and have a vape I can’t use. Do not recommend.
I would give them zero stars if I could.

Best customer service
Best customer service, held up their 10 year warranty on the final year, got a full replacement as my model was an old model, replacement arrived quick at no extra cost, once again amazing customer service and their warranty cover is top notch.
Pax vapes absolutely not good as they look
Totally disappointed and upset with this sh**ty products! Bought first pax 3 and it lasted only one year! One day It decided to show up a blue light indicating maybe a battery error. Thinking it was a faulty unit I bought another pax 3 but after ONLY 3 months the new device started having charging issues, the lights blink on charge but any progress of the charge itself, again an irreversible problem! After emailing to customer support they told me they may ship a replacement but seems they're disappear now leaving me with no hope at all. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!
+++ UPDATE+++
After some very slow back and forth emailing customer service reactivated nicely and finally sent to me the first of the two replacement devices. It's a Pax plus (originally I had a Pax 3). Now I'm stil waiting for the second replacement
SLOW customer service
Started with very poor and slow customer service and they finally responded. Original review: I purchased 6 devices from them over the course of a few years, 2 as gifts for friends. 3 of the devices I have bought have been plagued by power button issues. I reached out to customer support about the problem with the power button on my pax plus and got an automated email. I have now followed it up twice and no response for 2 days, then got the same automated email again after following up a 3rd time. UPDATE: A week later PAX reached out to me and fixed the problem by honoring the warranty and replacing the device. I still believe they should improve their online customer service because it is poor.
Avoid Pax Labs at all costs !!
Avoid Pax Labs at all costs !!!
Poor Product with customer service who messes you around and can't be identified to actually be held responsible for poor customer service?
On contacting Pax Labs after my 4 year old Pax3 device started showing error signal of " internal error"
I have had to message back and forth over three weeks now!
I supplied photos and videos of this before I was asked and it was absolutely obvious the issue was internal from the beginning!
I'm told i will receive a new replacement device which would arrived in 5-7 business days after shipping yet this device hasn't been shipped in two weeks now?
Customer service doesn't give a stuff at all and takes no responsibly for anything...
Pax Labs is well aware that I can't simply purchase a new vaporiser in Australia without having to go through new procedures to get a medical vaporiser costing many hundred dollars yet no one gives a stuff at all !!
At every educational institution from a young age we are taught to write a letter/ email with our name on such things as this is important.
Pax Labs see this isn't important that customer service does a crap job and can't be held responsible.
Pax Labs can now deal with the Australian ACCC for not supplying a replacement device in a reasonable amount of time.
Disgusting, poorly run business 👎👎👎👎
Failed to honor warranty
I purchased a pax plus in August 2023 and it recently failed to hold a charge. I contacted warranty support and after two emails they said they would replace under warranty after I confirmed I had setup an account. I confirmed I had an account and then they stopped responding. I’ve politely followed up numerous times and they have not responded.
Update: Pax finally responded and it appears they are sending me a warranty replacement. As I have received shipment details, I’m assuming I will receive it shortly and am therefore updating my review to five stars.
Just because it's sleek like Apple products, doesn't mean it works like Apple products.
I can't recommend this product at all. It does not heat bud evenly - it's not very user friendly - sometimes the device will just blink and nothing on the website or their instructions seems to be any help. I contacted them too and they ask me questions ive already given the answer in my initial email. Reading reviews, it seems like they enjoy giving people the runaway until they get tired, or out of warranty. I've only had this product for a few days and it's the worse dry herb vape I've ever used.
They don't accept returns if the item is used - conveniently the only way you can be sure the product works as advertised. I would tell people to stay away from Pax.
As a longtime Pax user
As a longtime Pax user, I expected much better from PAX. I’ve owned three devices, starting with the Pax 1. I had my Pax 3 for about a year before the LED lights failed. This made it nearly impossible to use. I contacted customer support, and they initially assured me it would be replaced under warranty. But after a couple of responses, they completely ghosted me—no follow-ups, no resolution. It was then that I looked at their reviews on Google. 2.7 stars mostly due to their lack of support, some calling it a complete sham. I would have to agree with that assessment. After continually writing to PAX they eventually got back to me. They put a PAX Plus under warranty in my account to replace the broken now useless PAX 3 ($275 btw). Now here’s the rub, when I try to arrange shipping for the device I get an error message stating that the device is no longer available. So that’s a fail for sure. I contacted PAX and they said they were out of devices; however, I went to the store and for $275 I am able to order one with guaranteed shipping. They urged me to wait a few days, which I have, and try again…same result “device is no longer available and is being removed from your cart.” FAIL.
So I bought a Planet of the Vapes Lobo to replace my broken PAX 3. It works, their service has been excellent and ultimately the device is just better.
For a premium-priced device, the build quality and customer service are severely lacking with PAX. I was loyal to the brand for years, but this experience has completely soured me. Pax used to set the standard, but now I can’t recommend them to anyone.
DO NOT BUY A PAX. Their quality is seriously suspect and their support is a total sham.
PAX cheated me out of my warranty
PAX cheated me out of my warranty. Through their customer service form, they constantly sent me the wrong information to fix my device and would not listen to my claims. In the end, they won. They got me for $200+ on a brand new PAX Plus that broke in 9 months. I will never spend a cent at this company again and I will tell all of my friends (especially those at dispensaries) how awful they are.
Support wastes your time
I emailed support about trying to register my device to seek out a repair for flashing blue lights and not heating up. I was begun to be given the run-around, and I quickly cut the conversation short as I can smell bullcrap when it's being sent into my inbox.
Im short, it appears they'll do everything under the sun to avoid honouring the warranty they so boldy advertise. Do not use this company, or any other that behaves in such a manner.

My device developed a fault and they swiftly replaced it
I bought the Pax Plus and after setting…
I bought the Pax Plus and after setting it up, I realized that it was not getting hot enough to vaporize flower nor concentrate. I tried everything. I contacted the company and when I told them what light color came up at what point in the starter process, they told me that I had a faulty unit. I then sent them the serial number on the back of the unit as they requested and then they ghosted me. Over 100 emails in the span of two months and not one reply. You can’t call them because they don’t have a phone number and they don’t list where the company is located. What a scam. The good thing is, I contacted my credit card company and they gave me back my $180.
Update… buyer beware. Their 10 year warranty is worthless and they do not honor it. If you have the time to read through 75 pages of small type warranty information, buried in the very middle in one line they state we don’t warranty the battery. The battery is what drives this unit without the battery. It’s a very expensive paperweight.
Buyers beware.....Expensive devices…
Buyers beware.....Expensive devices that doesn't heat bud evenly and can't be used above 2nd setting as it burns your hands.
No UK customer support after weeks of going round in circles with the US, wasting money on their suggested fixes and bud to try device was told they couldn't help because there was no error code. Guess burnt fingers wasn't enough. Will never buy a PAX product again!!!
Update: was recontacted after review was posted with more advice exactly the opposite of original advice.
Yet again more money and time wasted for nothing. I stress again DO NOT BUY!!!
Their 10 year warranty is a scam
Their 10 year warranty is a scam, device had a fault 2 months after the 2 year EU warranty, replacement of rubber the mouth piece would've cost them probably less than a euro, but forced me to pay 25eu for it.
I read a lot of different review and…
I read a lot of different review and wonder if i was one of the lucky one that received help from the right support.
My pax 3 stoped turning on after 2years, always cleaned my Pax from time to time, not sure why it happen. I alsoowned an other on
Pax 3 since 2020 and it still working great. After few emails exchange with the support, they ruled that it was under the 10years waranty and offer me a new one, though the color is not my fav, i believe that's fair, plus i can keep the non-working one (burgondi color) for display :). On top of it they took care of me on weekend and they are acually sending me a pax plus... Best support i ever had, hands down. No hassle.
I love my Pax like I love my bud
My Pax 3 is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It significantly extends the value of each ounce of bud, making it last 30+ times longer compared to smoking. The device’s oven chamber has a maximum capacity of only 0.3g, yet you can easily get a solid 3-4 decent sessions from that little bit. Compare that to your standard 1g joint where you spend all the weed at once, and then it's gone forever.
After experiencing the Pax 3, I would never go back to smoking, especially since it's so much easier on the lungs. Another great feature of the Pax 3 is that even on higher temperature settings (I highly recommend getting the companion app to optimize the device), it doesn’t actually burn the herb. Instead, it only heats it, preserving some cannabinoids even when there's nothing left to vape. This means you can repurpose your already 'spent' bud to make edibles, without needing to decarb it first, since the Pax 3 takes care of that step during vaping.
All in all I definitely recommend getting one. Saves a ton of money in the long run and it's much better for you health-wise, too.
Pax 3 devices stopped vaping properly…
Pax 3 devices stopped vaping properly in under 3 years. Reached out to customer service who made me provide tons of photos as well as do multiple steps to troubleshoot and fix but none of them worked. Now they say,
“Warranty cannot be exercised without a valid fault or failure which we haven't been able to identify. Please refer to our previous tips on how to improve each session with your PAX device.”
GTFOH TERRIBLE!
Bought the pax mini.
Bought the pax mini.
You’re better off having a pipe or using the mighty.
It takes to long to provide you with the intensity of smoke you need.
The stone is to gradual.Ive been using it for 3 weeks.Waste of money.
Not worth it
I've purchased the pax 2, the pax 3 and the pax mini. Every PAX product seems to stop working/charging within a year of purchase. Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. There is no phone number, you have to email. Pax mini produces little to no vapor. I complain to customer service immediately, sent multiple emails including a detailed video and they refused to accept the return.
Wouldn't even let me use the money I spent on the pax mini for store credit. Horrible customer service and poor quality vape. Not worth the money.
