I bought a Pax 3 and it works great but…
I bought a Pax 3 and it works great but when I tried to clean it with the equipment provided it wouldn’t go through. The pipe cleaner is too bendy to go through such a long thin hole. I ended up putting a wooden skewer in there and getting it stuck and breaking it. So I bought another one. The blue lights went funny and they sent me another one. It was fine for maybe six weeks until I couldn’t clean it with the pipe cleaner again and got a wooden skewer stuck in there again! The cleaning process is no good. This has a ten year warranty and that is the only reason I was willing to pay such a large amount but I’ve gone through three in six months. And now that I have sampled some cheaper alternatives I know that the price for the Pax 3 is not justified. Also, it is seriously heavy - you could literally beat someone up with it!
The best dry herb vape out there
The best dry herb vape out there, Great vapour, great battery - Amazing customer service, if you are looking to quit smoking this is the answer; I own a Firefly and a crafty + both are excellent products, but the PAX 3 wins on so many levels. The oil that collects in the mouthpiece is a gift from nature, enjoy it;
Stay away.
As other people have said, horrible experience. It's been weeks and I still don't have my package. I'm wasting my time emailing back and forth with a representative who's just buying more time. They don't want to give me a refund. Save your money. Stay away.
Don't waste your time and money
Okay I verified my age only to show how you lost a Customer. I've been waiting a week for my purchase only to find out it hasn't shipped yet due to me not verifying my age wich is understandable, but there was no issue or age verification to have my card charged right away. It would be nice for a company to hurry with your purchase as fast as you charge and take payments, it took me emailing you to find out what the hold up was a week later. Question are their many underage children running around with credit cards in the US ? and what kind of verification process is me just typing my name and birthday total waste of time. Cancel my order at once no need for it now went with another company's product and they already sent tracking number the day after order placed and will be here tomorrow that's the way to do business. This will be posted to many review sites along with your response
And their response from this email I sent February 22,2022 was a tracking number for the order. So I guess they are not canceling my order. The company is horrible can't get in touch with anyone, and emails are just ignored, and it looks like fro other reviews the product sucks, not surprised by the way they do business.
Garbage!!!
After owning the PAX 3 for over a month now, It continues to not produce any vape. I have done troubleshooting with the company, and instead of helping me, they claim that my CBD product is too dry, even though I have vaped it through a Mighty+ and there is plenty of vape! They are also extremely particular about how you grind your product and pack it into the device, and also how you draw air through the device. If you are going to purchase a PAX 3, you might as well flush your $200.00 + down the toilet. At least you will have the pleasure of watching it swirl around before it goes into the sewer pipes! This product is a piece of garbage and the customer service sucks! They do not even provide a phone number to reach them on the website. You have to submit an online form and wait for days before anyone will contact you. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and buy a Mighty or Mighty+. The PAX 3 is a useless piece of junk.
Warranty claim and overall excellent experience
After reading reviews on trustpilot i was feeling rather worried when my beloved pax3 stopped working after about 2 and a half years of heavy use. Fortunatley my personal experience was quite different to the majority of the other reviews.
Firstly can i say that my pax3 has been abused, its been used as a daily driver, its been dropped down cycling paths while travelling at speed, its been bashed against a hard surface to empty its contents thousands of times (sometimes on concrete), i use the end of a knife to scrape out the residue too and its covered in scratches and small divets on the end that you can feel. Despite the abuse, its survived with little to zero issues since i had it. When it stopped working, it was not after a major incident or dunk in any water that would lead me to believe i had broken it. I simply used it at night and it failed to work in the morning. I assume there was a problem with the heating element or battery as it has been used a lot in its lifespan.
I emailed the pax warranty address and explained the situation, they were very quick to reply initially, about 24hr or so. Soon after they asked for a video and a mailing address and confirmation of serial number. After a handful of back and forth communication they agreed that they would send me a new device, no choice of colour, black only and i was happy with this.
Stopped working after 5 weeks
Bought my pax 5 weeks ago and after charging it overnight ,it stopped working. I contacted the costumer service and they decided it was accidental damage and there's no warranty for that . Super disappointed
NO REFUNDS
PAX has a no refund/return policy. It's build on marketing gimmick that's why when I bought my Pax2 and after using it once, I realized it's not what I wanted and I asked them to return but they said they have no returns policy in USA. They don't even trust their own products, that's how bad they are.
Bought a Pax Era a month ago
Bought a Pax Era a month ago. Battery doesn’t last a week (with only a few sessions a week). My friends identical
unit runs for a month or more. Customer service says battery isn’t covered, no fix or replacement. Completely unserviceable, attempted to fix my previous pax 2 unit (which lasted three years). Disappointed with customer service and quality control to say the least.
Terrible company
Terrible company, at first I was excited because they said they would replace my device. That quickly faded when the replacement device didn't work at all. A overpriced product that doesn't last 1 year, then when they ask for a video demonstraion of the device not working they pretend to see things that are not there at all.. Buy anything but from these people.
Pax 3 is NOT a distillate vape despite…
Pax 3 is NOT a distillate vape despite being advertised as one. Leaks everywhere. After multiple back and forth emails with Pax, their response is I shpould be cleaning it after EVERY SINGLE USE and supplied me with a discount code for extra parts. Like a sucker, I bought them and now I just have way more small parts that are caked with resin. I have stained multiple pairs of shorts with leakage. Do not buy as a distillate vape
Just purchased a PAC 2
Just purchased a PAC 2, they got the sales tax wrong applied for a city near me. I spoke to Jessie, a supervisor and he fixed it.
Received item quickly and now all is well.
Another broken PAX but...
I bought my PAX3 device maybe in 2017 or 2018. The device has worked well but a few weeks ago I got the blue lights of death and my PAX stopped heating after that.
I contacted the seller and they told me that they have warranty only for 24 months so then I contacted PAX Labs for warranty.
They answered me very quickly and after I sent them videos about the issue with the device they sent me a replacement that arrived in one week for free.
The customer service was very nice, quick replies and very friendly, willing to help. Outstanding customer service experience.
3+ years
I have been a long time Pax user and love the device when it is working. My third PAX3 stopped working about three weeks ago. This unit was a replacement that malfunctioned about a year ago. The first device I bought I was not able to warranty because I bought from a third party vendor. The second I made sure to purchase directly through PAX and it worked for about a year when it malfunctioned. It was a headache to get it replaced but eventually the company sent me a replacement after going back and forth for weeks (at least they communicated in this instance). This replacement they sent me as previously stated stopped working about three weeks ago and I was hopeful that this time getting it replaced would be more streamlined due to already going through the process. I was very wrong about the expectation. I have only one response since submitting two support tickets and it was a text from a number you can't call asking for additional videos of the device. I immediately responded with the requested information and videos. It has now been another week+ and no response and no emails just silence. At this point I would like them to honor their warranty and send me the replacement but either way I would NOT recommend buying a PAX due to how problematic they are and their very poor customer service. (Which revolves around them making it so hard to get your device's warranty honored.
So....
So, long-time Pax user. The product is simply incredible, I haven't tried many other vapes (Haze/Arizer to date) but this by far does what I need it to and more.
Now - I bought a Pax 3 in 2018 and it died on me Jan this year. So the battery isn't incredible but having said that I used it everyday, some days through the night on looooong sessions so it did the job after I quit smoking.
Sadly they were not able to send me one out asap due to 'brexit' issues. So I bought a second device while I waited and just received the replacement a month and a bit later.
Just writing this for anyone doubting Pax as a product. They are the Apple of vaping no doubt about it - honestly, your battery might last as long as mine 3-4 years but they offer replacements which is fair. I also bought one for a family member in 2016 and its still going so who knows.
Main point is, if your thinking about buying one, its a great product
Two months and $250+ later, it’s junk.
I bought a Pax 3 for $250+ and two months later the oven began to move downward in its chamber, causing the vape to decrease. I let Pax Labs know what was wrong to see if they could repair it, and they told me it did not fall under the 10 year warranty (I’ve had it two months) because the issue was caused by “accidental damage.” I don’t know what “damage” they’re referring to, since it’s been lightly used and cleaned and hasn’t had any “damage” beyond normal use. They did offer me a $25 coupon toward another purchase (less than 10% discount) but after spending $250+ for the device only to have it for two months, the thought of giving them any more money is an absolute joke. Their product is junk, their customer service is horrible, and they don’t stand by their product or their warranty. Do not buy.
Pax3 Battery life is bad, and no replacement
I have the pax3, and the battery is only lasting 15 minutes instead of the 90 minutes advertised.
I've asked customer service for a battery replacement, but they refused, because the device lights up correctly at the start, so they made the assumption that my device is fine. Obviously the light knows better than me...
I would definitely recommend going for another vape, as their customer service is really appaling
As it seems to show from a lot of reviews, I'm not the only one with an issue with Pax.
I have been trying to reach Pax for…
I have been trying to reach Pax for months! I'm ready to throw my device in the trash. I will never buy a pax again, as the warranty is meaningless, if you cannot spend all, your time tying to get help. I have devoted enough effort, I'm done!
I'm really disappointed! Look, give us support, or you will soon be out of business
No response - no way to contact them - Worst customer service ever!
I purchased a pax 3 on February 12th and around the 15th, I realized I had been charged for two units. The first unit was delivered on the 26th, after being promised delivery on the 17th. The next day another unit arrived. I have repeatedly placed issue tickets on their website and no one had yet to respond to me. I now have 2 units when I ordered only one and I cannot get PAX to respond and to let me know how to return it for my refund. I like the product, but will NEVER purchase from them again. They have the worst customer service ever. I will seek other means of getting my money back, but know that they do not care and are content to take my money with no customer service. BOOOOOOOO!
Worthless, pointless device.
Well, where do I start. I had high hopes for this device after 3 models (all with the same problem) and lots of blue lights of death, the 10-year warranty somehow is void. I wouldn't bother buying, customer service don't care, thet clearly don't know what they're doing. As long as they have your well earned money they couldn't care less.
DO NOT BUY.
